All HUD guidelines are strictly adhered to. All showings are handled by JPM’s property manager or by self-showing. Informed decisions about tenant selection are made based on presentation, credit history, employment/income status and background history. A high percentage of applications are accepted and the JPM manager meets with all new tenants in the building to get to know each new tenant. Placing qualified residents in your property is one of our main goals as a property management company.
