Scott Westwood office. The office is located in SW Seattle and has been part of the West Seattle community for over 17 years.
We were blessed to be able to reunite with Chantille and Scott Henry, pillars of the community. And even luckier that Scott, perhaps the best managing broker in the state, has agreed to stay and continue to run the office as the managing broker. Scott will continue to work with his son Daniel as a top producing real estate team.

She brings a wealth of experience to our company from her former career as a senior housing developer where Marguerite developed affordable housing in various communities in the city of Seattle, closing over half a billion dollars in financing. mixed public and private for about 2500 units. He has a BA from Central Washington University and a Master of Arts from Antioch University. In her free time, Marguerite enjoys traveling, gardening, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her family and three rescue dogs.
As Office Administrator, Lloyd brings a wealth of customer service and customer care experience, most recently as supervisor for an urgent care center for patients at the Center Medical University of Washington and Swedish, as well as hotel management and concierge services. As a member of the West Seattle community, Loyd cares about distinctive client care and broker services that are not only efficient, but memorable and unique. Always impeccably dressed, Loyd’s hundreds of signature ties have become a talking point and a guessing game as to who he will be sporting next!
