The authors opined that the introduction of KM concepts to asset management at this time can significantly help transform traditional asset management towards a superior and more efficient value-added service model. From the perspective of KM, this study aims to provide a theoretical and empirical analysis of such an innovative business model for companies in the asset management industry.
Given the current state of asset management, the authors combine theories from both KM and information-digital management to qualitatively analyze the challenges and difficulties faced by companies, and provide practical suggestions for centralization, digital-information platform establishment, and service innovation.

After analyzing KM and the digital-information model, the authors identify three main challenges currently facing asset management services offered in the digital society, including market fragmentation, lack of digital platforms and the absence of a unified service model. Therefore, the authors propose strategic solutions to address these above-mentioned issues. In particular, the authors suggest to focus on the asset management service, establish a KM-based digital platform and upgrade the service model, to give new impetus to the development of companies in asset management.

You may have heard by now – moving. After three years of board review, two years of strategic planning and a year of negotiations, the sale of our main education facility will close later this year. We will relinquish ownership of our fifty-six-year-old home, lease part of it until mid-2023, then relocate to other Hyde Park space that will better serve our mission and community well into the future.
Displacement is the only way we are intentionally working to lift up new leaders and remove the ministry barriers that some experience when answering their call to ministry. This is part of our planned, bold iteration to develop visionary leaders who can nimbly engage with ministry demands and adapt to new opportunities.

In recent years, and in conjunction with our Board of Directors, we have evaluated whether our mission is necessary to continue as a property owner-operator. This assessment made it clear that the operational and financial burdens of property management had taken energy and focus away from the ability to form visionary faith leaders who would shape the world through innovative, inclusive ministry, so the board of directors decided to sell and relocate to the space.
