Jdn Property Management – JDN Property Management, a full-service property management company, specializes in leasing homes, apartments, commercial property management, condo management and student rental management. JDN has been involved in real estate management since 1998, when we bought our first student apartment. We have been growing our portfolio year on year and started implementing procedures and policies to ensure we continue to offer the same level of service. We have seen steady growth over the years thanks to our systematic approach. These systems were implemented and we got the attention of many business people. Thus JDN Property Management was officially established.
Tate and jdn is the most toxic management company I have ever dealt with. 1) He has a one year contract which I have never had in my entire career in real estate. If you break the contract he wants you to pay the notice before you sell your property. because I’m in that process right now. Where he wants to put pressure on my property so I had no choice to pay the contract today. Cuz I would say my sales will be smooth and Tate is making this process toxic. . 2) They charge 7% to manage property but have no contractors to help manage contracts to do renovations. This is very unethical. 3) plus the 7% it costs to manage your contract. In the one year contract it is hidden it costs another $%8 on each renewal on top of the bill. So if the bill on the driveway costs $30k, you have to pay %8 on top of the bill that costs $2,400. I have never had this on a management company. I will stay away from this company at all costs. Forget all the positive reviews I’m positive he paid ppl to make fake reviews. Psa: If Your Landlord Chooses Jdn Property Management, Run And Run Fast
As a landlord, I have had nothing but problems with Tate and JDN’s property management. I have more than 6 communications from him where he is sorry for the delay because I had to follow up on so many things. He has gone ahead with purchases without running them with me, charged me management fees for months I wasn’t with JDN, lowered the rent price without talking to me, then pulled an old post -d where I said I would defer to his knowledge in prices, and his expert opinion confirmed the higher rental rate. It tries to twist a lot of things. He reiterated that he could rent the property for May 1st, and when I complained that he missed that date due to his administrative delays, he came right back and started talked about how the contract work was completed quickly and refused to address my point about it. delay And there are so many delays due to incompetence. They couldn’t even get the blue protective film off the dishwasher for the rental listing pictures, even though I reminded them 3 times. And then they lost the kick plate for the dishwasher and said it was never there (it definitely was – I personally did the walkthrough). I had to manage Tate more than I ever had to manage my property. I wish more than anything that I trusted my greatest asset to someone else.
