He planned to bring various aspects of real estate under one umbrella; development, investments, acquisitions and property management. Through this firm, he focuses on multi-family investment clients, including in a place like the New York metropolitan area.

His next step was to join Fairstead/GFB Management as Director of Operations & Property Management where he took on the burden of building a management infrastructure from the ground up. His jobs were always manifold, and he never failed to excel in any of them.
All these different roles came in handy when he decided to start his own company. He built every part of it without cutting any corners and that’s what ensured a star rise for JDM Ventures in almost no time.

If a contractor is called for a problem that is not considered an EMERGENCY or your landlord’s responsibility, or in cases where neighboring properties are affected, you may be responsible for the cost of the emergency fee plus the contractor’s invoice.
Make sure you know your landlord’s specific contractors and where to shut off the gas, electricity and water supply to the property and that you have contact details for emergency services provided by your utility suppliers.
