Conditions: By renting an LMG property, you accept the following conditions and undertake to comply with them.
All bookings require a minimum stay of two nights. By making a reservation, you have read and accept these terms and conditions. Only tenants who have signed this agreement can live in the property during the rental period.
We accept all major credit cards as a means of payment for our rent. Fees must be paid in full before door codes and driving directions are given. A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation for all reservations made more than 30 days prior to check-in. The final amount will be charged 30 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made 30 days before the reservation date will cost 20% of the rental price. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the reservation date will cost the entire rental amount. Rental fees are non-refundable due to shortened stay or bad weather. Lakeview Management Group recommends travel insurance to protect against loss of booking fees.

Check-in – 4:00 PM CST – Early check-in is by permission only. The customer should call the day before arrival to see if it is possible to check in early.
Check Out – 11:00 AM CST – Late check out is only possible with permission. Check the check-out instructions in the LMG welcome letter attached to the invoice.
Any night in January, February or March is held outside of peak hours. On the following holidays, a reservation of at least 3 nights is required; Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
LMG has a strict no pets policy. No animals or pets are allowed during the stay.

All resorts are non-smoking. If you smoke inside the rental unit, there will be an additional fee of $350.00 for cleaning and deodorizing the rental unit.
The holiday apartment initially has hospitality, dish and laundry soap and paper products. Make proper arrangements to bring beach/pool towels on your trip. DO NOT remove towels from the vacation unit. Daily cleaning is not included in the price.
In the event of damage to the holiday home or its contents, the cost of repairing, restoring or replacing walls, woodwork, flooring or any other part of the unit, furniture or fixtures or common area. , which is partly or entirely caused by you or your guest, will be charged to you. Promptly report any damage to the unit or any part of it or its equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, electrical equipment, plumbing, walls, ceilings, woodwork, carpets, curtains, windows and other parts of the unit, building, or common area. If your vacation home includes the amenities of a resort, you will be provided with an amenity pass/card. If this card is lost or stolen, you will be charged a replacement fee of $75.00.

If you are a guest of a resort that has implemented a parking ticket system, parking tickets will be waiting for you in the apartment. The parking tag MUST be prominently displayed on the windshield of your vehicle overnight on the property. Placing your passport on the dashboard of your vehicle is acceptable if it is easily visible to security personnel. IF THE PARKING PLATE IS NOT SHOWN, YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BRANSON POLICE AND TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE! LMG has absolutely no control over this. Please don’t tow your car, it tends to ruin holidays!
In addition, if the parking tag is lost, missing or taken with you when you leave, you will be charged 75.00 per missing tag. If you notice that you have accidentally taken a parking ticket when checking out, contact LMG immediately. You can mail the parking ticket back and receive up to a 50.00 refund once LMG has received the pass in good condition.
The holiday apartments are in multi-purpose residential areas with both overnighters and year-round residents. We want you to enjoy yourself, but not at the expense of your neighbors. Be considerate of your neighbors in your noise and activities.
Lakeview Management Group is not responsible for vandalism, theft or other damage to personal property or personal belongings left in the rental unit after check-out.

Guests and their visitors agree to indemnify and hold Lakeview Management Group and the property owner harmless from all losses, liabilities, claims and all events related to personal injury of any kind in and/or around the premises described above. during the rental period.

The initial payment of 50% is paid at the time of booking. The entire rent is due 30 days before the reservation date. If the Reservation date is less than 30 days from the reservation date, the entire amount is paid at the time of reservation.
Lakeview Management Group does not require insurance. Lakeview Management Group suggests (but cannot recommend) vacation rental insurance, which covers up to $1,500 in damages if anything in the rental unit is accidentally damaged.

It was a nice home away from home. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved being close to Silver Dollar City! It was very nice to have a washer/dryer and huge TVs! We appreciate the Keurig…actually that was one of the selling points! So many others had traditional coffee pots! God bless!
