We start by providing you with a free rental market analysis. We want owners to make data-informed decisions about their rental properties, including rate estimates and related information so they can more intelligently manage their investment properties.
Once we have the management agreement and the keys, we will carry out a full inspection of the property. We call it a rent-ready assessment. Hopyard Property Management does this to ascertain the condition and marketability of the property.
A detailed inspection report is provided. Any recommended repairs will be broken down into a labor estimate. Our completion of work is optional.
Hopyard Property Management provides a list of recommendations for achieving optimal market rent. Our maintenance team handles most repairs.
