Ever since Hunter Properties took over Hooiser Courts, things have gone downhill. When I signed the lease, I signed under a completely different management team. They were fantastic and super attentive. The new management is rude, never available and shows no communication whatsoever. They totally freaked out every one of us on the north side. I lived here for three years while studying at IU. Life at Hoosier Court was great. Minor management issues during the transition to subletting at the very beginning, but other than that no complaints. The maintenance team was extremely reliable and timely. The layout of the townhouse was excellent and gave each tenant their own bathroom and privacy. Most of the neighbors are students, so the atmosphere is very relaxed. The bus to the campus comes very close to the complex which is easy to catch and reach the campus. Gas station is within walking distance and Marsh very close. In the end, very affordable and nice to live. I love Hoosier Courts.

I love this place! I’ve been living here for two years now and I couldn’t be happier. Quiet, peaceful, usually not loud, affordable and comes with great amenities. A solarium, a ballet studio, a basketball court, a dog park and a small fitness center, what more could you ask for? The staff is friendly and the work is usually completed in the shortest possible time. I have lived in Hoosier Court for almost 4 years now and I love it! I’ve never had a problem. It’s not far from campus and you won’t find better or more helpful staff anywhere. Management and maintenance have always responded quickly to work orders and do a great job. The apartments are huge and the price is perfect for students on a budget. I had the best experience living here and would stay if I didn’t move from Bloomington.

I originally signed a lease with Hoosier Courts because of the positive feedback from friends about the friendly staff and reliable maintenance at any time. I couldn’t agree more and would recommend the apartments to anyone. The price is very reasonable compared to other places, the campus is quick to get to and the staff was always ready to help with any issues and always got back to us after the issue was resolved. The fitness room and solarium were also a big plus for me.
