Many of our Development team of around 20 people have been with us for years and embrace our creative, hands-on approach to deployment. Experts in their fields, they work closely with each other and with our external partners, including architects, engineers, designers and landscape architects.

Jon A. Holmquist
Prior to joining Wilson Meany, he served as Director of Pre-Planning and Land Development for Centex Homes Inland Empire. There, he was responsible for Rosetta Canyon, a 1,012-unit master-planned project in Lake Elsinore, from acquisition to completion. Prior to that, he served as vice president of acquisitions and development for American Homes of Richmond and senior vice president of development for Beazer Homes of Orange, California.
