Highline Property Management
Highline Property Management – Highline Residential, a dynamic and young agency built on excellence and interdisciplinary approaches. Highline Residential was founded in 2012 in New York City by three individuals with rich academic and professional backgrounds in real estate, finance and technology. Highline Residential was created through this unique strategy. Highline Residential can now offer its customers a complete one-stop shop. Our in-house teams allow agents to provide exceptional real estate services as well as all the ancillary services required such as renovations, construction, property management and online marketing. Highline has a wealth of technology expertise and a team of technology professionals with decades of experience. This allows us to create a real estate platform that is far superior to other legacy software platforms. The Highline platform is accessible via web and mobile. It gives agents instant access to nearly 40,000 listings and allows them to market their services with one click. Agents have superior market knowledge thanks to integrated statistics as well as other valuation tools. Highline has a management team that includes a number of experts. The team includes full-time financial analysts as well as a videographer, photographer, videographer and a graphic designer. Highline can also provide services beyond just signing a contract. Access to inventory that is not available in other companies can be obtained through the listings section and the asset management section of the company. Highline Investment Group allows agents to offer new developments and win exclusives with confidence. Highline’s commercial brokerage and the Ensemble Coworking Space in which it operates have direct access to New York City’s startup scene, venture capitalists, and private equity. This creates tremendous opportunities for networking and business synergy. Highline has many benefits, so it’s no surprise that it has 140+ agents in New York, Brooklyn, and Queens. We would love to have you as a Highline member!
Worst experience of my life my agent Mark Bonnici was very rude and absolutely yelled at me over the phone. My application was rushed, he was telling me all the wrong information about the program. I had to call the building rental office myself and they gave me the correct information. This was a horrible experience and I will never work with these people again. Beware!!! We made an appointment with a representative and did not show up. He refused and (10 minutes after the agreed time) gave us a box lock code to enter ourselves instead. Obviously, we hadn’t notified the tenants, so we ended up breaking into the previous tenant’s space. Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. I arranged a visit with this agency. Instead of showing up, I was texted a lock code and I ended up leaving with a very surprised and confused tenant. I arranged a visit with this agency. If you want a reliable, professional, caring and thorough real estate professional, you should work with Warren at Highline Residential, especially if you are a remote renter. Read more My son is moving from California to New York this August to attend law school. Our apartment search began at the end of May. We started exploring websites, social media and real estate offices. We quickly learned the competitive nature of the rental market as well as the difficulty of securing an apartment in a reasonable area at a reasonable price. Warren responded to my son’s request for an apartment and offered a time to do a virtual showing via Zoom. He already talked about his fee and sent me the legal information right away. During the viewing, it was incredible to see a large group of people attend the open house of a small studio apartment. He moved through the crowd, explained the area and spent a considerable amount of time with us. We missed out on getting the apartment because an application had already been submitted within hours. Quickly, after exhausting weeks of searching, our son found a “no real estate fee” website that led us to believe it would save us money. Jack the person we contacted was rude, unprofessional and introduced himself as property management, hence no charge. It should be noted that after confirming the request, we secured the apartment. After Warren spent so much time showing us other places, we felt like we were betraying Warren. We were concerned when we were asked to pay via Venmo and not send to a business. We also asked to have a family member see it and Jack kept telling us it was occupied. I called Warren before we sent him over $7,000. I confessed to him what had happened and asked him if he was willing to see the same apartment where we cheated on him and he obliged! In the end, we didn’t secure the “no real estate fee” apartment and I feel like we dodged a world of trouble with Jack. Warren went above and beyond to check us in and made us feel like a top priority. He answered our calls on the weekends, texted us daily and found us the perfect apartment. Not only was his fee worth every penny, we paid a little more to recognize him for going above and beyond. When talking to friends and family in New York, many of them said it was almost impossible to get an apartment from out of state. It’s not just about having money and credit, it’s about having the right professional by your side. We cannot thank Warren enough for the work, sense of urgency and care he gave us. While he made us feel special, I believe he treats everyone that way. Thanks Warren keep at it.
