In this role he oversees service operations and corporate operations management across all offices and the entire property portfolio, which currently totals more than 4,000 units and four million square feet.

Hartwig has more than 20 years of diverse experience in real estate, asset management, investment and development. Prior to ERES, he spent ten years as the National Director of Capital Management for University Communities (UCOMM), where he led operations, asset and risk management, development, construction, equity, and finance and investment. Prior to that, Hartwig held leadership roles at AIMCO and Archstone-Smith.
