The Harman team was very responsive to our needs as a family of five moving out of state. They were willing to work with us on the income requirements because I was able to find a job where we were moving and because we had enough money set aside to put down a bigger deposit, even though I hadn’t yet. triple rent. They realized we could still pay the rent and have a steady income. The last company we had worked with on our way down made promises they ultimately didn’t keep and then tried to hide behind legality for their shady business practices. Not so with Harman. They were very clear and transparent from the start. I would recommend them to anyone looking for housing. It means a lot to me and my family that this is a new chapter in our lives!
