Best property management company I have ever seen. very sensitive to issues. Also, they don’t need to be in your unit every week, so you do feel like you own the unit. Over the course of 3 years, I may have had some issues, also related to the properties they chose to manage. They are well maintained and less prone to frequent problems, so you get a good device without problems from day one. If anything goes wrong, take quick action to fix it. Taking over the PM company of the unit where I live now, this experience made me feel that this is what a property management company should do. In a matter of days, years of unresolved issues were resolved. The aesthetic items in the main areas of the building have been updated without any hints from the tenants, leading me to believe they are proud of their property. Response times were quick and communication went beyond professional and pleasant. Can’t say it’s a bad thing.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dave, Corey and the rest. I’ve lived in my apartment for over 3 years, the longest I’ve ever lived in a place in Hamilton as most other property management companies suck. I started to think this was the norm until I found out. They actually care and always get repairs done quickly. 5 stars.
