For those who are not expensive you have limited room, and feel comfortable in your own home. I have two dogs, and I have plenty of room for them, and still don’t feel cluttered. It is very difficult to rent or buy a house anywhere in Chattanooga where they allow large breeds of dogs. The maintenance staff is always on top to make sure everything is fixed after reporting it which can sometimes be a live save. The layouts whether you choose big or small are very well laid out and have a very nice solarium which is also useful for me. All the appliances are well updated and the hardwood makes it very easy to clean instead of having to vacuum and clean the carpet all the time. Also the neighbors are all very welcome. I think if you are looking for quality in a place to stay then this is a very good place to stay with all the amenities that come with it.

They charged twice a month and said three months to fix because the property manager had to approve it and they were never there. I lived with them for 4 years and there were 3 different managers. The room was not that bad. They are better now because three months before I left the property manager came and talked about all the changes they wanted to make. I think that’s why they charged me 1000 dollars so they could pay for it.
