Midtown Ridge Apartments is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee in the 37411 zip code. This apartment community was built in 1986 and has 2 floors with 193 units.
One of the most spacious places to stay in Chattanooga for the money. Most of the apartments you go to have limited space, and are still very expensive. For those who are not expensive you have limited room, and feel comfortable in your own home. I have two dogs, and I have plenty of room for them, and still don’t feel cluttered. It is very difficult to rent or buy a house anywhere in Chattanooga where they allow large breeds of dogs. The maintenance staff is always on top to make sure everything is fixed after reporting it which can sometimes be a live save. The layouts whether you choose big or small are very well laid out and have a very nice solarium which is also useful for me. All the appliances are well updated and the hardwood makes it very easy to clean instead of having to vacuum and clean the carpet all the time. Also the neighbors are all very welcome. I think if you are looking for quality in a place to stay then this is a very good place to stay with all the amenities that come with it.
When you go out, make sure you have some money saved. They will nickel and dime you at the end of the damage. I had a spot on the carpet where I spilled soap on it. Then they charge me 1000 dollars compensation. Also my AC The unit was broken for 4 months during the summer before they were fixed. I lived in an apartment with temperatures in the 80’s or higher. I had to put in 6 different work orders before they fixed it because they would keep saying it was fixed. Better to have someone in the office. I worked third shift so I tried to go when they first opened or before they closed. But after a long time they don’t open slowly and close quickly. There were several times that I went an hour before they were closed and no one was there. Also they are not open on weekends. The head office staff is the nicest lady named Betty and she tries to help you as much as possible. But he doesn’t know how to do much. So if you go in and be ready for him to come back. Don’t get me wrong Beti is a very nice and wonderful person. Also view your payment if you pay online. They charged twice a month and said three months to fix because the property manager had to approve it and they were never there. I lived with them for 4 years and there were 3 different managers. The room was not that bad. They are better now because three months before I left the property manager came and talked about all the changes they wanted to make. I think that’s why they charged me 1000 dollars so they could pay for it.
• If you have a problem, there is no way to get in touch with management. Try calling the office before you go in and see if you can get an answer. • Mold and bugs in every complex. Old apartment, old appliances, horrible staff! •For prices I recommend you look around! I would seriously recommend this old place to someone I hate! • Thin walls so you can hear every TV, convo, toilet flush, dog bark, step and any other noise the neighbors make. • Save yourself! Please look elsewhere

If you like living with people who smoke weed and make your apartment smell like you, be loud like there’s a party, people smoking weed and dropping weed on the floor at the entrance of the apartment building, seeing boats on the floor at night. Stairs, a high risk of someone breaking into your car, and an apartment that will do nothing about it but raise your rent, then this is the place for you. Otherwise spend 800 a month on a 2 bedroom somewhere. This place is only worth 500 at best but charge that they are the best place to be.
You should avoid this place at all costs. If you have the option of staying in your car, you should choose that instead, you’ll be safer and more comfortable. We had a lot of problems with the smell of drugs, and the dealers on site. The office was unwilling to try and work with CPD to resolve this issue. Instead, they chose to be complicit and ignore the problem. Dog feces were left in hallways for up to 7 weeks at a time, despite multiple reports being made. Cleanliness is not a priority here. Security deposits were kept in large part while leaving the apartment practically spotless. This is another example of management being more interested in your money than you personally.
