Judy joined the Platinum Property Management team in February 2018. She obtained her California real estate license in August 2018. She primarily works on lease renewals and late payments. Previously, she worked for about 15 years with various Silicon Valley companies as a safety and environmental engineer, working to maintain compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. She came to work at RPM after retiring for 10 years. Judy became part of the Clovis community in 2001 when she and her husband moved here from San Jose to retire. She is an 18-year-old grandmother and a 9-year-old great-grandmother. She enjoys quilting and visiting family.
Brenda has worked with RPM Platinum since May 2012 as Director of Finance. In December 2015, Zane Hansen, the original owner, decided he needed to sell this RPM Platinum desk to pursue his other business adventures, Brenda and Barbara jumped at the chance of becoming the new owners of RPM Platinum. Brenda continues to manage all the finances. She loves what she does and it shows in the care and concern she feels for each of our customers. For 18 years prior to 2012, she owned a successful medical services company and was able to bring a lot of experience to RPM Platinum.

Stephanie has been a maintenance coordinator since 2018. She loves solving problems and helping renters, owners, and maintenance vendors. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating all necessary maintenance and repairs to our rental property. They are available by phone or email. Prior to joining Real Property Management Platinum, she worked at CUSD and the Clovis Chamber of Commerce. Stephanie enjoys finding the best taco trucks in town, watching movies and photography. She enjoys spending time with her children and traveling with her husband in their semi-truck.
Karina has worked with Real Property Management Platinum as an office assistant since 2017. However, her association with RPM Platinum began long before her job. Prior to joining RPM Platinum, she worked as an assistant manager at Del Taco in Clovis, a frequent placement for RPM Platinum employees.
