If an application is approved, a lease is created with the damages and the first month’s rent collected. While our rental agreement is in coordination with the Residential Tenancies Act, additional provisions may be added at your request that tenants must adhere to.

The dining area inside, which is professionally decorated, offers the space you need to have a more formal family meal. The table comfortably fits 4 people and can easily seat up to 6 guests.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, with a lot of love for details so that our guests can relax, rest and enjoy. The master suite is a spacious, relaxing space with plenty of closets and walk-in closets to accommodate all of your personal belongings. The king size bed has a memory foam mattress. If you want some quiet time, you can turn on your TV and enjoy your favorite show in bed. The en suite bathroom has a tub and shower.

We had a great time! Our family of five was looking for a vacation in the south “away from it all”. This house worked great as our home base. Room to relax. The pool was fantastic.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. This house has just become a rental and I think we were the first to stay there. We booked it last minute and were amazed that we got lucky with such a fantastic house. It is a good location very close to shopping, Wholefoods and many restaurants and bars. The house was bigger in real life than it looks in the photos. My family was all very happy with this house and the comfort it offered. The bedrooms were all spacious with white cotton sheets, comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The living room area was big enough for all of us to sit and watch a movie. There were a bunch of board games that my family enjoyed playing, the TVs had Netflix, Hulu, Discovery + and the house programmed so you didn’t have to enter your own login information which I thought was a nice touch. The pool area was really nice with lots of toys and floaties for the kids. Best thing. The hot tub! The wife and I sat there while the children played in the pool. Awesome. We will definitely stay here again.
The booking can be canceled by the tenant at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing.
The following deadlines and fees apply to all cancellations after a confirmation has been sent and the down payment has been made:
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total payment, which is equal to the down payment deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations 30 days or less before arrival or no show: 100% of the rental amount is forfeited. Refunds will be made for those cancellations where we are able to book exact days at the same price or higher. Otherwise, the difference between the canceled booking and the replacement booking will be refunded. An administration fee of $150 applies, which will be deducted from any potential refund.
