Fat Property Management Houston Tx – Fantastic property tucked away in the heart of the Montrose/Museum District area. Close to public transport and all the great restaurants and bars in the city. This place has large units with plenty of space you need to come check it out.
Just west of downtown, Montrose is a hip, artsy and colorful part of town known for its bohemian galleries, shops and restaurants. Upscale in certain parts, laid-back in others, Montrose is home to an exuberant cross-section of the Houston community. The architecture is characterized by small brick bungalows, as well as two-storey brick…

As always, our thanks (and credit) goes first and foremost to our hard-working team members. But we can’t leave out the brokers who approached us with their deals, the sellers who trusted us to close, and the lenders who have confidence in our ability to repay our debt.
We are very proud of this milestone and look forward to updating again when we reach $1,000,000,000. That way we will be in the 3 point club like this guy
So we are at our new Roseland property planning what to do with the place. We see that across the street, on the corner of Roseland and Woodrow, there is a nice old home for sale (with two garage apartments in the back). We called the agent and said “We’ll take it!”. A week later it was ours.
We plan to start upgrading the place ASAP – new paint, windows, interior, flooring and more. And renovation of the garage apartments as well. So come by and say “hello”. Or if you want to buy the home or apartments as a rental, contact us. We would like to find out in advance. Or if you are a STR operator and want to lease the whole thing for your STR business, get in touch with us. [email protected]

On February 1st, we welcome two new properties to the Fat Property family: 4402 / 4410 Roseland and 1930 North Blvd.
4402 Roseland is an entire block in Montrose (77006) with Oakley St. to the north, Woodrow St. to the south, and Kyle St. to the west. As well as Montrose Blvd just one block over. It consists of 4x 1-bedroom units and 18x 2-bedroom units. It was built back in 1955 and the units and exterior maintain much of the same older charm. Units start under $1,000 a month – continuing our tradition of working to provide some of the cheapest options in the best areas of the city.
1930 North Blvd is located on one of the finest streets in Houston, in the heart of the Rice University submarket (77098). It is secluded with a huge wide esplanade in front, mature oak trees all around, and some of the finest walking areas the city has to offer. Plus off-street parking and a large courtyard that looks like it’s straight out of a fairy tale. The property is almost 80 years old and offers the rare opportunity to live affordably in one of the best locations in the city. The building has a few 1 bedrooms starting at under $1000 a month and huge 2 bedrooms starting at around $1700 a month. If you would like to check out one of these properties for rent, please call our team at 832-640-4444. Open M-F, 9-5:30. Or send us an email at [email protected]

My grandparents were both living in Pearl Harbor the day it was attacked. My grandfather was on the USS Arizona. I am thankful they survived but sad they are not still with us to see Fat Property and their grandchildren 🙁
Just saw this photo from our manager at Dakota Lofts. They have everything in the lobby, ready for Santa to visit!

Christopher Columbus is sometimes credited with “discovering” America. Columbus was not the first European to reach America, as Leif Ericsson of the Vikings had already visited. However, it was Columbus’ voyage and discovery that led to the European colonization of the Americas.
The Portuguese, Spanish, French, English and Dutch all sent more explorers and settlers after Columbus’ return and told of the riches of this new land.
Columbus first landed in America on October 12, 1492 and the anniversary of the day has been celebrated in the New World ever since. The 300th and 400th anniversaries of 1792 and 1892 were major events in the United States, but it was not until 1937 that the day was made an official federal holiday. Originally the holiday was on October 12, but was changed to the second Monday in October in 1971.

Our newest (and largest property) – Terraces of Brompton. We absolutely love the location, plus the rental rates are a steal given where it is! The property itself is beautiful. It is gated, well landscaped and has great amenities such as a 24 hour gym, two pools, a community center and a staffed leasing office.
