The property management seems to think that they can do anything with impunity. I didn’t get a return from Regula until a week later. They asked for the personal info of all the Tenants to make the schedule, asking us if we can set everything up. Three days pass and I receive a one-sentence response: “Thanks for the information, the item is no longer available.” I do not understand that the group should pass the check, or that another applicant should be approved before us. However, there was clearly a huge delay in communication caused by Rule. And if it wasn’t, we’d even have the chance to start reviewing. Not only was this handled very unprofessionally, but something doesn’t sit right with me about sharing personal info of myself and my loved ones just to get such a response.

Anyone can submit an application for our rental properties at any time and the directions to do so are always in the description of our listings in the descriptions of many of the marketing pages, there is always a risk of missing out on acquiring the properties of those who prefer to see in person before submitting their application. The personal information that we ask you to demonstrate (full name, birth name, and current address) should be standardized so that there are no red flags that immediately appear that deny the application as it would be a waste of time. all involved were 45 minutes to show the property to someone who could prove it was objectionable with a 45 second search of public records.
