Our family has owned rental properties on Kiowa Island for over 25 years and have used ESPM for our property management needs since 2009. Having used other property management companies in the past, we know that the quality of service can vary from location to location. We are very pleased with ESPM’s professionalism, attitude, and impeccable service. Daniel, Hilary, Alex and the rest of the ESPM staff have really taken our villa to the next level and our guests regularly comment on the excellent service they receive from the team. With more than 600 vacation rentals on an island on VRBO alone, we want to provide every guest with an exceptional experience, so when their travel plans bring them back to Kiawah or they hear someone say Kiawah. To go to, they automatically recommend our villa. It has worked wonderfully. Since moving to ESPM, we have gone from three (3) to 14 returning tenants each year. Every returning guest comments that ESPM has made their stay so comfortable that it makes the decision to return to the Village very easy.
Apart from creating wonderful guest experiences, they also give us peace of mind. Living over 2,500 miles from our villa would definitely be stressful without ESPM. They often inspect the property and perform routine safety maintenance. We never have to worry about things like filters, light bulbs, pots, glassware or touch-up paint. They have a great staff of cleaning and maintenance experts that keep our villas in the top tier of vacation rentals. Not only do they handle preventive maintenance, they also keep us abreast of any things that could turn into big expenses. Every month we receive a statement with invoice copies, so we get a clear picture of what is happening with our property. If we ever have a question, we know we can email or call to get our answer. The management team has a very professional attitude and has provided us with exceptional service.
