Staying at Sugarloaf Peak is a great experience for me and my son. All the staff are wonderful to work with and management will do their best to work out any issues you may have. This community feels like a family, with all the community activities we have going on regularly, we get to meet our neighbors and get ready. We also love the food trucks they serve to the community on a monthly basis and they communicate with us regularly to let us know what’s going on. Sugarloaf Summit is also a great location, as my job is within walking distance to the mall and all the other shops are in the area including grocery stores and gas stations and of course lots of restaurants. It really makes an ideal place to stay. Sugarloaf Summit is our home right now and we are very happy to be here.

The apartment looks great! Looks bigger in person than virtual video. Only complaint would be parking. It is inconvenient to walk a long distance to my building. Mainly during rainy days.
When I first started looking for an apartment, I went and looked at another place with the same name and it was fine. I tried calling them to get additional information and I accidentally called Sugarloaf Summit and spoke to Diane. She was very helpful and made me take a virtual tour of the apartment and I was sold. After speaking with Diane I met Amber and she was just as nice and helped me through the final stages of signing my lease. The price I paid for my 3 bedroom was the same as most places would charge for a 2 bedroom, I am literally 5 minutes from Sugarloaf Mall and have access to many places to eat and shop, I am 5 minutes from the I85 highway, and I have access to Duluth Highway and Sugarloaf Parkway is The area is really quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to stay then Sugarloaf Summit is definitely worth it.
