I really love this place, the environment is clean and well maintained, in any problem the management is fast!
The management is nice, the property is nice, I’m sure everyone else has the proper drying and use of their entire floor space, but I’ve never had that luxury here at all.

We have lived here since September 2017 and have enjoyed the experience. The entire staff is friendly and always helpful with any questions or concerns we may have.
The rental and management staff went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly. I love how convenient yet quiet it is. My dog Jasper and I love all the Pet Friendly amenities.
Good value and the location is great. 2. for it is there. Vaulted ceilings and fireplace! I also love the private trail to Stringers ridge. staff and maintenance are also great!
The place is very nice after the renovation. Recently moved and everything is clean, new appliances, decent floor, nice fireplace, quality furniture. We had a problem with our fridge and the service took care of it in a few hours. I haven’t experienced anything other reviewers are complaining about, it’s been a good experience so far. The only downside is that the popcorn ceilings are kind of a pet peeve lol.

The latest problem is that I tried to pay the rent online but the website didn’t work. I’ve had this problem before and they said they can’t help because it’s not their website, they just pay to use it. So I was shocked to receive a late fee of over $100 that they refuse to wave. So now I have paid over $100 for something I had no control over. Which brings me to my next point… leadership. In the seven months I have lived here they have not helped me with ANY problem I have had. In fact, they usually treat me like a child. I guess going to college makes you less of an adult…? It’s quite frustrating to have someone put you down every time you try to talk to them. Overall this place is old as dirt and overpriced. Look around other websites as they are the same price as Ridgemont which are 30 years newer. Ridgemont is the place for you unless you enjoy cold showers and sleeping with bugs! I only signed an 8 month lease and still plan to move out before it’s over.
If you like leaks, cigarette smells in the shower, mold everywhere, incompetence, dog poop, indifference and ignorance, I have the place for you! I don’t know for sure, but I think having bamboo shoots under your fingernails would be a more fun experience than living here. But the doors are painted. Yay!
My roommate and I have loved living here for almost a year and were excited to renew our lease. Unfortunately, the new real estate company that bought the property in the last few months has been very rude and wants to raise the price of the EXACT SAME APARTMENT. We have always paid rent early and taken care of our apartment. Elmington properties were a pleasure to work with when they owned Ridgemont. So far Timberland and the new staff here have been nothing but helpful and willing to work with us. Having good tenants and not keeping them is very bad business. I asked if we could renew and the office lady told us that there will be a 6-8% price increase for the exact same apartment (they think that painting the outside of the building will increase the rent by that much). When I told him we wouldn’t renew if we had to pay more to live in the exact same apartment, all he had to say was, “Return the ad as soon as possible.” Terrible customer service all round and you just lost tenants who had been here for a year and wanted to stay.
Currently living in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Ridgemont. I’ve lived here for two years and it meets my and my roommate’s needs almost perfectly. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which is handy in a situation like ours where there is no ‘guest room’. Every apartment
