Elite Property Management Lafayette Indiana – I was born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana. My wife Sarah and I have 2 wonderful children, Isabella and Ari. My hobbies include coin collecting, writing, economics and spending time with my family. I graduated from Harrison High School and attended and graduated from Purdue University. Continuing my education, I earned a master’s degree in business at IWU. My management career was first in retail and later in real estate as a property manager. It was then that I realized my love for the business.
I have experience managing hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate, from the front line to senior corporate decisions. Real estate never felt like a job to me, but a passion to help people in the community find housing and help other investors grow their portfolios. That’s why my business partner and I started this company, to take each of our strengths and experiences to help as many people as possible.

Over 20+ years of managing restaurants, teaching and developing training for businesses has created a solid foundation for my Elite Property Management & Realty career. I have worked in real estate since 2006 at Best Buy as a department manager for CP. I have started as a sales consultant. Morgan, an Indianapolis home builder. I worked for them until they closed their doors due to the housing crisis that plagued our nation. After working for another builder, Arbor Homes in Lafayette, Keller Williams opened up to custom real estate sales. I started selling and listing houses. I’ve then managed to buy and flip 11 homes, buy 4 rental properties, and direct money into real estate in an IRA over the years. In the year In 2018 I decided to leave Keller Williams and open my own real estate brokerage, Elite Property Management and Realty. Now I, along with my business partners, have behind us a team of agents, a team of home builders, construction specialists, including labor for any home project you want to do. We currently manage over 100 properties and can assist with rentals, new home purchases, resales or investment homes. We can help you get started on the road to managing your assets or building that portfolio. I am here to help and serve in any way I can.
Having family that has worked in realty and property companies for 20+ years has given me insight into the life of a realtor, investor and property manager. I had more than 10 years of office experience. I desire organization and efficiency in a professional setting. I love the friendly atmosphere and seeing people look on the positive side of things.
Like my father before me, I became interested in real estate early in life. 37 years of real estate experience has taken me to various locations in Indiana and Florida. I am currently licensed in both states. I’ve seen the best and the worst of the market. If you can believe it, my first year in business my returns were around 13-16%! Over the years I have assisted buyers and sellers in transactions in residential, commercial and income properties. I graduated from West Lafayette High School and Purdue University. My husband of 25 years and I enjoy the variety our university town offers us.
