I have been living here for 4 and a half years. The place is perfect. Parking can sometimes be a problem. Maintenance is great. The office staff was always available. I’m thinking about moving to Spartanburg. I hope I can find a place where I can have as much fun as I have The Hamptons
They are lucky that 1 star is the lowest I can go. You have water constantly seeping through the cracks in doors and windows, causing mold to form which is very unhealthy. The management is pretty bad to say the least and that’s me being generous! Oh and please don’t try to complain about anything, the property manager will waste your time and make a joke out of you!
Br, 1.5 Bath House
The management is terrible, the walls are very thin. It allows you to sign a no-holds-barred agreement in your lease but if you report someone being loud. Nothing happens at all. My neighbors are constantly noisy every day and I have filed many complaints and asked to leave and the management does not listen to me.
They are always quick to repair anything that breaks. I recently had to have the coil in my A/C unit replaced. I can’t imagine how expensive it was but they did it without batting an eye. The apartment was very clean when I moved in and the grounds are always well maintained. I have been here for a year and I am renewing my lease for another year.
I just moved here and I love the community, the neighbors are great, the office manager is great, I love the location and my apartment is very nice and spacious
I have been living here for almost five months. I love the location – 20 minutes from Clemson, 35 from Greenville, and close to many shops and restaurants. The complex is quiet, and I don’t often hear traffic. The apartment itself is not terrible but it is not very clean either. Painters painted on the walls, covered the doors and light fixtures with paint, and splattered on the cabinets, stuck loose hair to the walls. The carpet is brand new but the cabinets could use an update. Design tables are not the best. You can tell they have several coats of paint on them. The bedrooms are spacious and the windows let in lots of light which is nice. I’m surprised that living in the south, they didn’t at least install ceiling fans. When I needed a repair, maintenance was very responsive and almost always got it done the same day I reported it. The complex isn’t the type to host community events or anything, so if that’s something you’re looking for, you won’t find it here. Also, I don’t know if people here just don’t know how to lock and unlock their cars or what, but I hear car alarms going off almost every other day. Overall, not terrible but it’s nothing special. It’s a standard apartment that’s not super new so if you’re someone who wants something super super clean, this might not be the best for you. But for the price and location, it’s not bad.

I have lived here for 1.5 years, when I moved in my apartment was in great condition, new carpet, new paint, extremely clean, complex has very friendly neighbors, management is great, maintenance is fast and very nice , solves every problem right the first time, great location if you have pets, neighbors who have pets are pet friendly when they meet, laundry facility is clean and always works, nice brick building, if storms come feel safe, great location, close to all restaurants, would recommend to anyone who needs an Anderson apartment, and the price is great to be one of the best in town.
I really like the location, because they are in the middle of everything. It is very spacious and the bedrooms are larger than usual. I’ve lived through three and this one is by far the best.
These are really nice for the price. It’s really quiet and everyone is friendly. The manager always tries to help and is not strict. My partner and I have had no problems and the care is really quick and good. I am glad I chose this apartment complex for my home.
