Chuck Kelly joins Porter Realty, Inc. in January 2012 and began his real estate career in property management. That same year, he received his real estate license. He was a full-time property manager there for 6 years.

Chuck received his Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) in 2017. This designation is held by only about 25 property managers in the state of Colorado.
Chuck grew up in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. In high school, he was an active participant in search and rescue. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 1999. As a corporal, he was with the first troops to enter Iraq in March 2003. After his military service, he began a career in government service. He served as a deputy with the Alamosa County Sheriff’s Department and as a police officer and detective with the Alamosa Police Department. Chuck learned the value of helping people at an early age from his parents. Both worked in the civil service; his mother as a dispatcher and his father as a police officer.
Chuck and his family have lived in the San Luis Valley since 2005. While living and working in the San Luis Valley, he attended Adams State College and graduated in 2010. He married Cimarona in 2003 and they have two daughters, Charlie and Ezri. Chuck and Chim bought their first home in 2010 and have been happy homeowners in Alamosa. Family and career are Chuck’s priorities.
In 2017, Chuck launched Eclipse Property Management to help investors manage their properties and help renters find quality homes and apartments to live in.

Cimarrona has more than a decade of experience developing informational publications and design. Her goal in creating the Eclipse logo and brand was to make it elegant and powerful, just like the company itself.
She is from Pagosa Springs, Colorado and has lived in the San Luis Valley for the past 13 years. She graduated from Adams State University with a BA in Secondary Education and spent many years teaching in both private and public schools.
She is excited to help the Eclipse Property Management team conceptualize and execute a strong marketing campaign. With our focus on being ONLY a property management company and providing the best possible service to our owners and tenants… she says, “I have the easiest job, I just have to make our image match to that of our reputation… which is strong.’
Kim grew up in Pagosa Springs, Colorado and moved to the San Luis Valley in 2013. She enjoys spending time with her 4 children.

Kim moved to the San Luis Valley to work as a 911 dispatcher and started working with Eclipse Property Management as a part-time hobby. She found she loved working with us and was excited to come work full-time for Eclipse Property Management in January 2020. In 2020, she also became COO, helping to keep all of our locations running smoothly at Eclipse and overseeing the best property management team in Colorado.
In her spare time, she enjoys curling up with a good book, traveling with her kids, traveling or camping.
I got into property management during the 2008 recession and it has been a blessing for the past 11 years! I had the opportunity to work with my children, meet great people and provide an important service to many people.
I’ve learned a lot over the years and love to share when I can. With Property Management, I share my experience with owners and investors to take care of their investments. I also enjoy helping renters find their next home. Realizing that the tenant wants a “home” helps me place the right tenant in the right house. Communicating with everyone and taking responsible care of the property provides many positive experiences for everyone.

I was so impressed with NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, that I not only joined, but became involved with our local affiliate and held many board positions. I also serve on the board of directors of other communities and believe that giving is important in life.

Kathy was born on an Air Force base in Cheyenne, Wyoming and moved back to the valley where her family is from. She has lived in Alamosa for over 30 years and graduated from Alamosa High School. She loves living in the San Luis Valley, where she is now raising her two boys.
Kathy has an extensive background in customer service with over 15 years of experience. She has been working at Eclipse Property Management since August 2019, managing vacation rental properties and assisting the property manager. She is currently working to obtain her real estate license to become the next property manager for the San Luis Valley. Cathy is an upbeat and highly self-motivated individual and enjoys engaging with customers, clients, tenants, owners and suppliers.

When Kathy is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, Ethan and Lucas. They all enjoy having family movie nights, going on bike rides and traveling. Their favorite outdoor activity is geocaching, they love the thrill of adventure.
You’ve probably seen him on the river or the local bike trails, but he also enjoys walking, photography, skiing, listening to music, and especially anything with his big brown dog Ahyoka following him around.
Originally here as a raft guide and kayak instructor, his experience in real estate began even before that with several family rentals for students. After enjoying a few years bartending and working on the real estate side, he received his license in 2021 after joining Eclipse.
Now he enjoys sharing his passion for the outdoors and helping people find and get the housing they need.

Kit was born on her grandparents’ ranch in a small mountain community in New Mexico. Her family moved to Montana where she trained racehorses. In 1979, her family moved to La Jara, Colorado to take care of the family farm and ranch. Kit married his soul mate in 2009 and they made their home in La Jara. She has three grown children and one boisterous granddaughter. Kit loves animals and especially horses. Kit enjoys spending time with his family at rodeos in the summer, working in his yard, watching his granddaughter and helping out on the family farm/ranch.
Growing up in a small community, she has made many connections in the San Luis Valley. Kit graduated from Centauri in 1990 and TSJC in 2001 with his AAS in Office Technology. She has done everything from grocery store clerk, glass shop office manager, nursing home activities director, waitress, and most recently the face and voice and front desk at Eclipse. She is an entrepreneur and has 2 successful home businesses.
Kit has been in customer service since she was 18, loves people and helping others. She is very excited to be a part of the Eclipse team and looks forward to getting to know you and helping you in any way she can.
