The property/office manager is worthless and will not look into any noise complaints or even bother to call you. “Gated” society is also a joke. The door is rarely closed. There was a problem with people littering the pool area and the solution was to simply “fill and close the pool” The SouthCorp Properties manager will not call you either, so don’t waste your time!!! There are also derelict cars all over the complex and they occasionally get towed. If you can’t smell marijuana every time you walk in or out of your apartment, don’t move in! There is a plant nearby that smells like dead fish. Just information

They have bug issues and they say once a month the exterminator comes but it doesn’t. you have to pay them to come out another day. not luxury. small bedrooms/kitchen. there is no place. people in the office don’t know what they’re getting paid for. they do not help in any problem. some are also very rude on the phone. they don’t pay for rent even by phone, they charge like 30 dollars. The first 2 months of living here the water bill was high and after I went to talk to them about it they suddenly fixed it. suspicious…definitely money hungry apt. Constant stomping and banging from neighbors called about it and I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because it wasn’t during quiet hours. I’ve only lived here for a few months and I definitely want to move out soon.
