DJC property management is a block management company and manages various types of developments across the UK (including housing estates, blocks of flats and commercial properties). DJC Property Management works together with several professions in relation to good business practice.
We have an in-house specialist accounts team who manage the credit control and purchase book on a daily basis and also ensure that the client’s money is properly and regularly accounted for and therefore audited in the preparation of the client’s year-end accounts, which will be carried out by an external chartered accountant.
We have a strong team of property managers who deal with the day-to-day running of the development (tenant liaison, contractors, repairs, major works, health and safety and mechanical checks/reports, site inspections etc.).

We also have a legal team that deals with all statutory requirements, sales and re-mortgages and block management changes.
We also work together with our sources and highly skilled contractors who perform regular jobs for us. A strong working relationship has been established with the contractors, which is a huge advantage for the service we provide because we believe in the level of work provided to us. Only approved contractors are used to ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and competitively.
All data processes undertaken by our company comply with the necessary GDPR regulations, including our staff, contractors and companies associated with the conduct of our business and the services provided.
When a project is handed over to us for management, we are usually provided with details of all property owners from the existing management company/RMC director or original controller. And when we manage a new property/construction, we are notified of the new owners (buyer details) by the seller’s solicitor. The data we hold is listed below:
