Enter Caroline, who was the mentor, coach, confidante, partner and friend we needed. She is smart and was able to work with my quantitative, detail-driven husband with patience and consideration. She knew when to push us along and when to back off. We never feel pressured or uncomfortable. She was unable to navigate the somewhat stressful and ongoing negotiation process so that we were finally able to purchase our dream home. She went above and beyond the call of duty 100 times. He is proactive, uber-responsive, detail-oriented, thoughtful and a master at managing multiple personalities. She made us feel like we were her only customers when I’m sure she had others just as needy as us. We can’t say enough amazing things about it. In sum, you know you’ve found a good realtor when you’re literally done with the home buying process because you’ll lose your time together! She is so good. She made a scary and daunting process not only worthwhile, but enjoyable. Note: While Carolyn is located in Danville/Alamo, she was an expert as we looked at homes all over the East Bay (including Alameda, Oakland, Piedmont, Orinda and Lafayette).
