Funding for the project includes Low Income Housing Tax Credit funds, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s Housing Development Assistance Program, federal Affordable Housing Program funds, fund grants and loan proceeds.

On Monday, the Cuyahoga County Board of Supervisors approved a $450,000 loan from the Federal Housing Investment Partnership Fund for the project.

The building will meet the Enterprise Green Community criteria, which will meet high standards for energy and water efficiency, indoor air quality and accessibility.
