DSCDO and Cudell Improvement have been successful in maintaining high levels of staff knowledge and performance since entering into a shared services agreement in 2018. The Boards of Directors of each organization will form a joint committee to study the creation of a single unified entity, spending a lot of time studying the problem, analyzing it, and gathering feedback. During this process, a survey of DSCDO and Cudell Improvement members showed that the vast majority (70%) were open to the merger.
