Born in Winchester, Mid Tennessee and a Franklin resident since 1995, Russell Cantrell enters the real estate industry after 30 years in corporate sales, sales operations and management. Russell worked with many top restaurant brands and multi-unit franchise brands to sell, develop, market and manage operations to build and grow his client’s coffee and iced tea business. He has received many sales and customer awards from the companies he has worked for.

In 2020, Russell decided to pursue real estate as a career and joined Sotheby’s International Realty to continue his passion to provide service at every step of the home buying and selling process. Customer service and building relationships are central to his business philosophy.

Russell’s roots are firmly established in Middle Tennessee and he is excited to work with buyers and sellers in Williamson and neighboring counties to find that perfect home or sell their current home.
Russell received his BS degree in marketing and advertising from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He and his wife, Kim, have been married for 29 years and have two children, both graduates of UT, Knoxville. When Russell isn’t working, you can find him in the yard, tinkering with cars, grilling for friends and family, playing sports and the occasional golf.
Abdulle Dini is originally from Mogadishu, Somalia. At the age of ten he moved to the United States. During that time, he was in touch with his family and was eventually raised by his sister in Nashville, TN. Dini is fluent in two languages, Somali and English.
Raised by his sister, he learned to value patience, communication and support. His core belief is that every customer is not just a customer, but a friendship waiting to happen.

Dini’s passion for real estate started with touring houses out of interest and turned into getting his real estate license in 2017. He has a huge passion for architecture and nature. He finds excitement in watching cities blossom from empty roads to beautiful homes. He brings a diverse experience to his clients and he looks forward to further developing his career.
After living outside of Philadelphia all of her childhood, Becky Dombrowski traveled south to college in search of a change of scenery, eventually moving to Nashville—a perfect combination of the country and the city. She has a degree in journalism and marketing from Auburn University and has spent the past five years working in the marketing industry, including at the Nashville Zoo, specializing in social media marketing and creative content creation.
As she went through her own home buying experience in 2018, the process left her yearning for greater confidence in this life-changing purchase and information about the transaction as a whole. Becky went into real estate with the goal of giving her clients all the resources and guidance they need to make an informed, confident decision while having fun in the process. Becky’s collected, communicative nature is an asset to any buyer or seller looking to buy their first home, sell their current home, find a forever home or invest in income real estate.
When Becky isn’t looking for the place for her clients to call their own home or help them sell their treasured property, she flows through her yoga practice, swipes her library card weekly, and eats her way through Music City with her husband, Zach, and her two puppies, Roofus and Rosie.

Ashley Fitzh has always been focused on laser beams, believing that if she could dream it, she could be it. She was just 11 years old when she informed her parents of her plan to leave their small hometown in Western Kentucky and attend Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. To no one’s surprise, Ashley fulfilled her bold prediction by graduating from Vanderbilt in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and business administration.
In the more than 20 years that Ashley has called the Nashville area home, she has worked in banking and in her family’s engineering and materials handling business, leading administrative efforts to streamline business operations. She has also lived in many different neighborhoods, exploring them all mile after mile, taking in every detail and laying the groundwork for what would eventually lead her to real estate and help others find the perfect neighborhood of their own to call home, or the perfect neighborhood. buyer for a house on the market. For Ashley, helping clients secure their personal retreat in Middle Tennessee is all about listening and building relationships. It’s about really understanding a customer’s needs, their timeline, their budget, and how they want to fold in a new neighborhood. As for her own family, Ashley and her husband, Mike, live in Brentwood, TN and are parents of three very active boys who enjoy playing hockey and cheering for the Nashville Predators. The Fitz family love to explore all that Nashville has to offer, from hidden fishing spots to hiking trails to sports, music and good food. The family attends Brentwood United Methodist Church and serves the communities of Davidson and Williamson County. Ashley serves on the Davis House Child Advocacy Center Board of Directors and has chaired numerous successful fundraising and awareness events for the organization.

Brooke Keane, a Nashville native, has enjoyed watching and being a part of the city’s growth. She has a passion for helping people find their perfect home and understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in people’s lives. Therefore, she strives to address the needs of the whole person and family, along with developing a plan that is tailored to achieve the desired results.
Brooke is a member of the Greater Nashville Realtors Association, a friend and volunteer at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, and a supporting member of the Junior League of Nashville. She has served on several boards within the Nashville community and chaired many fundraisers for numerous local non-profit organizations. She currently serves on the parent council at her sons’ schools: Montgomery Bell Academy, Saint Paul and Julia Green Elementary. Her passion for helping others and love for the community have led her to real estate.
When Brooke is not working with her clients, she has adventures with her husband, Brandon, and three sons, Bryan, Barton and Barrett. She likes to explore Nashville because it’s constantly changing, but likes to travel the world hoping to see it all. She enjoys walks with Percy Warner, long walks with friends, running or training at one of the many local gyms and tennis.
