Mike grew up in the Philadelphia area and graduated from Downingtown High School in 1988. He received his BSBA in Marketing Degree from The Ohio State University in 1992. Mike loves his Family, Friends, Philly sports and Philly food so he returned to Pennsylvania to begin his business career with The Hershey Chocolate Company starting as a Sales Representative in the Reading, PA market. He was promoted two years later to Regional Account Manager for the Baltimore/Washington markets. Also, two years later he was promoted to Key Account Manager in Richmond, VA. Mike soon realized that he wanted to return home to Pennsylvania and it was there that Mike made the transition from Corporate America to the Franchise Industry by working for The Goddard School as the Director of Franchise Development. has successfully done for more than 10 years. His professional knowledge and experience with activities focused on providing clients with professional and reliable services in providing information on timely facts provides a level of convenience that sets him apart and makes him the right choice to lead the expansion of All County® Delaware Property Management.
