Cya Property Management – You can reduce property management to 10 processes starting with marketing to owners, and ending with owner termination and Rent Recovery. Basically the whole listing, leasing and property management process can be reduced and organized into 10 processes. After an overview of ALL of these processes we go into detail about signing up new owners and getting the tenant set up properly. We will audit marketing details for owners by signing up owners (On-boarding) and marketing for tenants by completing the move-in inspection.

As basic training for leasing agents and property managers this is the second in a series of six workshops that we have been teaching for the past 10 years.
