Dave has a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard. As Vice President of Hines Interests in the 1980s, he managed major downtown revitalization projects including I. M. Pei’s JP Morgan Chase Tower (the world’s tallest 5-sided building), Cesar Pelli’s Wells Fargo Center and Philip Johnson’s One Detroit Center (which tallest office building in Michigan). He was also one of the leading visionaries involved in the redevelopment of downtown West Palm Beach, and his many projects include the mixed-use complex 1 and 101 North Clematis on the Waterfront. The Palm Beach Post included Dave in its list of the 100 most influential leaders of the 20th Century to the City of West Palm Beach for the Frisbie family’s contribution to the revitalization of the Clematis Street Corridor.
Rick, a partner in all Frisbie Group recovery projects, has both a BA and Law Degree from Harvard, contributing both advisory and risk/reward oversight. Rick is the Founder, former Managing Partner and current Senior Advisor of Battery Ventures, one of the nation’s leading venture capital firms with offices in Boston, Silicon Valley and Israel. Battery was started in 1983 and currently manages over $4 billion in active funds.
Robert received a degree in Visual Studies from Harvard. These include specializations in Architecture, Architectural History and Environmental Studies. Robert has spent 41 years investing in residential, commercial and adaptive reuse projects, leading various ventures in Boston, Philadelphia, Palm Beach and Nantucket.

Suzanne is very familiar with the geography, architecture, market trends and real estate values in Palm Beach and its neighboring communities. He has a particular focus on residential sales, acquisitions and developments throughout the coastal area of Palm Beach County. Suzanne is ranked, as reported in The Wall Street Journal, #2 in Palm Beach, #4 in Florida and #7 in the U.S., in the 2020 REAL Trends top sales agent by volume. Suzanne is a graduate of the University of Virginia, a former member of the Virginia Jefferson University Masters Final Selection Committee, and co-chair of the Palm Beach County Selection Committee, as well as a Civic Society board member. Past president of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors and has served on the board of Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches. He also supports Autism Speaks and Cancer Care Foundation of Tidewater, VA.
Since joining in 2016, Cody has taken on a leadership role guiding the Frisbie Group as a leading investment organization, focusing on placemaking, revitalization and large-scale mixed-use development. Prior to FG, Cody was a partner at Portfolio Acquisition Group, a real estate private equity group, where he helped build portfolios with a total cap of $750MM. Prior to PAG, Cody founded Interprise Partners, where he assisted with the acquisition, stabilization and disposition of over $100MM of bank-owned real estate assets. Cody currently serves as a strategic advisor to FVLCRUM, a first-of-its-kind fund targeting $250MM, focused on creating wealth generation in minority communities, as well as the Association’s Palm Beach and Main Street Long Range Planning Committee. Cody earned a bachelor’s degree in business development from Vanderbilt University, where he was a four-year starting pitcher for a Division 1, nationally ranked baseball team.
Rob is committed to the future direction of Frisbie Group as a leading private investment firm with a focus on performance and community leadership. As a project manager on large-scale luxury residential developments and mixed-use revitalizations, Rob is actively involved in fundamental value analysis, world-class design and strategic business planning. Prior to joining his family business, Rob was vice president of acquisitions at 60 Guilders, a real estate private equity firm based in New York. During his three-year tenure with 60 Guilder, Rob helped lead the acquisition of approximately $750MM in New York City assets. Rob graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and currently serves on the board of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Nancy joins Frisbie Group as the leader of our 21st century academic initiative to determine how our real estate investment firm can help advance and improve the future of education in Palm Beach County. An award-winning academic with extensive experience in teacher training, curriculum planning and advisory to boards of education, Nancy will use her extensive background and skills to assess current education infrastructure, both public and private. Our goal is to bring his understanding to areas of excellence and need, and advise on how the Frisbie Group can contribute to the modern and advanced education network in the Palm Beaches.

Rosa María is a licensed Architect and LEED Certified Professional with over twenty years of project experience managing luxury commercial, residential and institutional projects in the US and abroad. Rosa María honed her craft working with renowned New York Architects Peter Eisenman, David Rockwell, Peter Marino, and Robert A.M. Stern. Prior to joining the Frisbie Group, Rosa María was Vice President of Design and Construction at The Related Companies where she led the design team of various luxury rentals, luxury condominiums and mixed-use developments, and Vice President of Development at boutique development firm Sumaida + Khurana. Rosa María holds a dual Bachelor of Arts and Science from Boston University in Art and Architecture History and Urban Studies, and a Master of Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. Rosa María has served on the Board of the Harvard Club of New York City, the Board of the New York Landmark Preservation Foundation and the Board of Councilors of the University of Southern California School of Architecture.
Katie Frisbie Crowell joined the Frisbie Group in 2013 after earning a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University. With a primary focus on the design and development of luxury residential and mixed-use properties, Katie acted as Project Manager for several of the Frisbie Group’s revitalization efforts. He also coordinates the specification of interior design elements, including materials and furniture, largely contributing to the detailing of the overall fit and finish. Katie previously gained experience in both residential and commercial real estate, working in the leasing sector of CBRE agency and in single and multi-family development in Massachusetts. Katie is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate in Florida with The Corcoran Group, occasionally assisting the highly successful client focused team led by Suzanne Frisbie.
Franny is a top-level Broker Associate with The Corcoran Group who has worked in commercial and luxury residential real estate for over a dozen years. He now specializes in sales in Palm Beach and nearby coastal communities and offers buyers and sellers a distinctly business-oriented approach. With a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, he provides buyers with rational analytics-based investment opportunities and sellers with insightful market data on how best to maximize their real estate investment. An integral part of the Frisbie Group, Franny’s sophisticated quantitative background, deep field experience and strong commitment to personal service have earned her the loyalty of an extensive list of high-value clients.
Michaela is Frisbie Group’s managing director of impact, research and operations. Prior to joining the team, Michaela spent ten years in the research, policy and impact space. He most recently served as Chief of Staff at Openbox, an impact investment and design firm in New York. Prior to Openbox, Michaela spent six years at the Council on Foreign Relations. As Deputy Director of a leading non-partisan think tank dedicated to the study and improvement of foreign policy, Michaela’s areas of focus are strategic planning and new educational initiatives. Michaela began her career in Washington, D.C. as policy coordinator at the Center for Conservation and Government at Conservation International, working to further the organization’s mission to preserve biodiversity and preserve the world’s natural ecosystems. Michaela earned her B.A. in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an advanced certification degree in Business from Columbia University.
