Jim Wilson, REALTOR and licensed real estate agent and property manager handles the day-to-day Property Management and Administrative functions for Crosstown Properties. He bought the business from a family friend in 2004, rebranded it as Crosstown Properties and has been serving the Austin rental market ever since. Past Chapter Board President for the Austin Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Jim is a past Board of Trustees member for the local K-12 Austin Waldorf School where his two children – Molly and Jeff – and Hudson Bell attend. A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a B.S in History, Jim also holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from The American University in Washington D.C. His experience as a Management Consultant for a Fortune 500 company and over 20 years as a Military Officer translate well to executing the business and legal responsibilities of a Property Manager with a high level of professionalism, providing our owners with reliable, demonstrated and cost-effective management of their rental investments .

Molly grew up helping around the office at Crosstown Properties and is now the listing agent at the family business. During her undergraduate studies in Public Health at Agnes Scott College, Molly was the co-founder and president of a 501c3 non-profit that works with the International Rescue Committee to resettle refugee families and give them a fresh start in life. She also has an MSc in Global Health Policy at the University of Edinburgh where she designed and completed major field research in Malawi to assess the impact of US international aid policy on the delivery of maternal and child health services. In addition to her listing agent work, Molly also created and manages the newly redesigned Crosstown Properties website and blog. Happy to be back home in Austin, Molly uses her global experience working with people from all walks of life to provide a professional and friendly rental and property management experience.

Mary is our all-star Office Manager, support team and cheerleader. His creativity and organizational skills in creating and maintaining an office management system are essential in the efficient and professional operation of Crosstown Properties. An Austin resident since 1995, Mary owned and operated a landscaping company in her 20s, managed large commercial landscaping projects in Washington D.C., and later pursued a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. In addition to nearly 17 years of administrative management in the family business, she continues to work full-time as a mother to Molly and Jeff and wife to Jim.
