Cove Property Management Annapolis Md – Vanessa started with Cove Property Management in 2014 as a leasing consultant. She was promoted to assistant property manager in 2016 at West Woods Apartments, just months after Cove Property Management made the acquisition. In February 2019, Spa Cove Apartments was added to the portfolio and she was further added as an Assistant Property Manager at that community. In February 2021, Vanessa was promoted to Property Manager of both Spa Cove Apartments and West Woods Apartments. When Vanessa is not working, she spends time with her animals which consist of 2 bunnies, 2 dogs and 2 betta fish. She loves them as if they were her own children. Vanessa has an incredibly strong bond with her parents and seven siblings! When she’s not taking care of her family, she can be found playing in APA pool tournaments around the state. In true Maryland style, Vanessa was also a finalist in the Maryland Crab Picking Contest!
Betty’s career began in 2003 in Colombia, South America, where she managed a privately owned apartment building. In 2011, Betty moved to Miami, Florida and was the Valet Manager for the Miami Beach Resort & Spa Hotel. Her experience led her to her career with Cove Property Management in 2016 as a leasing consultant. In February 2019, she was given the opportunity to work at Spa Cove Apartments where she excelled! With her excellent achievements as a leasing consultant, in February 2021, Betty was promoted to Community Leasing Manager. In her free time Bethjen enjoys spending time with her 2 grown children and husband. Likes cooking and rainy days, dancing and traveling. On nice weather days, Betty likes to cruise on the back of her husband’s Harley. Betty obtained her private pilot’s license in the early 90’s where she was enrolled in a private pilot school. She graduated from that school and flew Cessna planes.

Dan joined Cove Property Management in November 2010 as a Service Technician and was promoted to Service Manager in 2015. MMHA. Promoted to the brand new role of Senior Service Manager in August 2020, Dan will continue to oversee the service team at this community, but will now provide support to Cove Property Management’s communities in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties. Dan enjoys being a team player and would never ask someone to do something he wouldn’t do himself. Dan is afraid of heights; however, he loves roller coasters and plans to sky dive soon. After work, Dan likes to relax by spending time with his family, going fishing with his son, watching sports (Go Steelers!), or eating anything spicy.

I have been at West Woods for over a year. I recently upgraded to a two bedroom two bath from a one bedroom with a loft. The two bedrooms are huge, the biggest I’ve seen in Annapolis. The one with the loft is unique, but I didn’t really use the loft. Both apartments had all granite counters, full washer/dryer, updated appliances, very nice. Closet space is also a plus here. getdowngermantown
Our apartment is HUGE!! Best dollars per square foot in Annapolis. As quiet as any place I’ve ever lived. The neighbors and staff are friendly, the grounds are clean, and the buildings are being updated, although they haven’t been torn down at all.
This is a great place! I moved in April 2010 and the management and maintenance staff were courteous, professional, courteous and attentive to my every need. My apartment had a few issues when I moved in and these issues were resolved by the next day every time. It is quiet here, both inside and outside the apartment. This is a really great place and the staff should be commended for their work!
