Coughlin Property Management – SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. – Everest Holdings has hired Tom Coughlin as vice president of asset management. Tom Everest Holdings oversees the property management portfolio of Everest Business Services.

Prior to joining Everest, Coughlin spent more than 11 years in commercial property management services in Southern California and the greater Phoenix area. Most recently, he was senior property manager overseeing the large Papago Park Center for Lincoln Properties.

Coughlin holds a bachelor’s degree in regional development studies from the University of Arizona. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and serves on its board of directors. Coughlin received his Certified Property Manager designation in 2017.

His responsibilities include overseeing all of Everest Group’s asset management and facility operations to maximize asset value, provide exceptional customer service and meet compliance standards.
Mr. Coughlin has 12 years of commercial property management experience. He has worked for a combination of agency owners, clients and partners in the Southern California and Phoenix markets. He began his career at CBRE, where he learned the basics of asset management and commercial real estate. He then led the asset management team for Dolphin Partners’ southern Orange County office, focusing on reducing operating expenses and managing capital expenditure projects to drive job growth. His success in the Southern California town led to a move to Phoenix, where he was a senior property manager at Lincoln Properties, where he focused on raising capital and managing new office speculation.

Mr. Coughlin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona with an emphasis in Regional Development and minors in Business Administration and Spanish. He also earned the Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2017. He is an active member of IREM and sits on the Greater Phoenix Chapter Executive Council.
