I wouldn’t want my worst enemies to live here. This place is a joke. There’s a mattress under a bridge somewhere that would be a better place to live.
This property is trying to abuse the coronavirus epidemic for monetary gain. They are practically evicting all tenants from my apartment and charging rent + a few hundred dollars. I am personally single, but almost all other tenants are family. It’s disappointing that the owner chooses to be so cold and nonchalant in times of a mass pandemic.

Additional fees were charged without notice. Rent is due on day 1, but unlike most places in the area they do not offer a 5 day grace period. If not paid in full, they will charge a 10% late fee on the 2nd and an additional $375.00 if not paid in full by the 13th. They make false promises about what they will do, but it is better to do so. so in writing because they won’t follow and overall very very rude staff. I don’t recommend it and I will move when my contract ends.
Update: By the way, I was recently in the area again and it is said to be under new management, but as long as D Thompson Realty owns it, nothing will change. The experiences I describe below were under the management of D Thompson Realty. I just want consumers to know the truth. D Thompson Realty, “Concord Bridge” was the worst life experience I’ve ever had. I was scolded, robbed of money, lived with mold around the medal window frames (which will be painted for new residents, but no real solution to the problem), cockroaches, termites, wasps and mites. They would give the keys to maintenance and, without warning or signs, would go inside if it weren’t for additional security measures like a current stop, so they would choose to identify who they were. The realtor will find all the loopholes they can, draw you in, and have an answer for “everything” (if you’re happy to have them). This property management also raises prices for you, if not for rent, it is through other odd charges. For example, going from $25 to $35 worth of water to over $70 worth of water, I don’t think so. In short, they will redo and make everything look “fresh”, but look a little deeper and it’s all an illusion.
Excellent onsight manager/maintenance. Fast and professional assistance for any problem. Always willing to work with tenant. Quiet neighborhood, lots of wildlife which makes it relaxing to watch out the window. Easy to everything: shopping, restaurants, mechanics, grocery, air force base and entertainment. Except pets inside the city gatehouse. Very positive city location, many churches nearby, central to city schools and public services. Safe neighborhood, high police presence to deflect crime with transport neighbors. Very reasonable rent for the location. Viable utilities on a budget. Laundry in sight, with facilities within blocks as well. Central air, clean properties and buildings, large dumpsters with constant service.
