Carpinteria Property Management – New Condo Available at Carpinteria Shores! Carpinteria Shores is a beachfront condo complex located on the safest beach in the world. The first thing you want to do before you unpack is to step onto the private deck, soak in the scenery, and say to yourself; This is life! You walk out the gate of the private building, and you’re on the sand! This charming, quiet third-floor, 2-bedroom, one-bath condo has gorgeous east side views of the ocean, beach, and mountains and is conveniently close to the elevator and laundry room. Enjoy watching the sunrise and have a clear view of the Channel Islands on a clear day. Then, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every evening! A large two-door stainless steel refrigerator provides ample storage in the kitchen, which also features a new stainless dishwasher. The comfortable living room with its welcoming beachfront décor offers a new recliner sofa and a reclining love seat. It has a flat-screen TV with cable and private WiFi, so you have the fastest speeds available. The kitchen has a table and chairs overlooking the beach and two stools for easy meals by the breakfast bar. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and an overhead fan. The master bedroom is fitted with a brand new California King and luxurious white headboard. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and both rooms have glass closet doors and ample storage.
The bathroom has a large, mirrored medicine cabinet and a tub and shower. The beach has gated parking near a private gate, outdoor full and foot showers, and an outdoor BBQ/recreation area for your enjoyment. Luggage cart condos are easy to get to and from.
Carpinteria Property Management
There is gated parking with space reserved for one car. No additional parking is available. The maximum occupancy is 6. The condo only has beds for 4. If you have two additional people in your group, you are welcome to bring your own air mattress/sleeping pad and linens.

We are pleased to announce that Southwest Airlines has daily direct flights from Sacrament to Santa Barbara beginning June 5, 2022. You can Uber from the airport to Carpinteria. Once you are in Carpinteria there is no need for a car. Everything you need is within walking distance and you can get your groceries delivered with the popular delivery apps available online.
Yes, you can see the beach from the balcony to the south, it’s a nice view. The beach was not crowded when we were there, but we were there in the middle of the week. I think it gets more busy on weekends. Enjoy breakfast from your private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This beautiful second floor beachfront unit has all the comforts of a home. The full kitchen has all the facilities you would need to prepare a delicious meal. If grilling is more your style, you can take advantage of our two gas grills located on the second floor picnic area.
Inside the condo, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a sectional sofa, delicious local art, flat-screen TVs, board games, and your windows, those million-dollar views of the ocean. The remodeled kitchen features a flat-top stove, stainless steel refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
The master bedroom has a king bed and two bedside tables with lamps. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a flat-screen TV on the wall. The newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower with tile walls, glass, doors, and a tile bench seat.

Located behind a gated driveway, this home is located on Padaro Beach. Featuring a lovely lawn in the front and backyard for the kids to play. The wading pond at the front of the house is perfect for little ones to dip their toes in and splash about in the afternoon sun.
The outdoor firepit is connected to gas to keep your logs burning late into the night. Treat the kids to an evening of campfire stories and s’mores making. Later in the evening, adults can enjoy a sip of wine around the fire or an after-dinner cocktail while taking in the stars.
The hot tub is located on the edge of the property and looks out over the sand and the ocean. Enjoy the use of a boogie board, 2 surfboards and 2 kayaks. All of us kids will enjoy the ice cream bar, which we always stock with ice cream, cones and all the delicious toppings for your enjoyment before you arrive.
Living Areas: The first family room is casual and features a flat-screen TV, a sectional sofa, and a fireplace with a small dining room table for 6. This room has windows with ocean views and a sliding door to the yard and beach. , Adjacent to this room are two bathrooms. One is full bath with walk-in shower, the other bathroom is only half bath.

The second living room is a warm and inviting sun-filled room with wall-to-wall windows and beautiful ocean views. This room is the perfect place to relax, soak in the sun and enjoy the views. The ice cream bar is adjacent to this room with a freezer to store your treats and a small refrigerator for storing your toppings or adult beverages.
The third living room is your elegant cocktail room after dinner with a cozy fireplace and several sofas and chairs. There is also a TV in this room, and this room is next to a large dining table for 8-10 people.
The kitchen is open and spacious with three ovens, a 9 burner gas stovetop, a large marble center island with barstools, wine storage and a large stainless steel refrigerator.

Upstairs you’ll find a large landing with wooden floors and French doors to the outside of the balcony. To the right, you’ll find the first master suite with a king bed, fireplace, desk, club chair, and walk-in closet. With the push of a button, you can open all the blinds in the room to spectacular ocean views. Open the French door to the balcony or let in the sounds of the ocean and the calm Pacific air. This room has spectacular views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. Sitting on the balcony, you’ll want to bring your binoculars and watch the daily pods of dolphins and seals that frequent the ocean. The master bath has a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
The 5th Suite is warm and inviting, with French doors to the king bed, fireplace, and balcony on the other side of the landing. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. This room also has a sleeping loft for older children.
