Long established since 2000, Island Vacation Properties is a locally owned and operated full service real estate company on Anna Maria Island and we have a full time staff in our rental department ready, willing and able to assist you.

We have a highly customized website that provides current and complete information on each of our rental properties. This website is promoted on hundreds of numerous satellite travel sites to ensure it is easily accessible to potential guests. Of course, online reservations are an option that provides the possibility of booking twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week!

Island Vacation Properties has a very high rate of return guest retention because they know we all appreciate and welcome them to Anna Maria Island. They know that if there is a problem, it will be solved quickly and professionally. We welcome our guests and want them to return year after year.

Captiva Sands Rental Property

In addition to our six full-time rental agents, we offer four team members in our maintenance and cleaning department who will assist guests with everything from assisting a guest with their luggage to helping a renter with a major renovation.

We have a full-time cleaning coordinator who has the daunting task of making sure each unit is move-in ready.

Our renters receive a monthly statement at the end of each month with a detailed calculation of each reservation and each expense. Of course, we offer ACH deposits to simplify the process.

Island Vacation Properties offers travel insurance to guests to protect them and you in the event of cancellation. We also offer a Damage Waiver Protection Plan, which is protection against accidental damage that may occur during the guest’s stay.

Captiva Sun & Moon Pool House

We live in the area and personally maintain our two very popular beach vacation rentals, the Sun & Moon and the smaller 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Mermaid Pool House (perhaps the most popular rental home on Captiva), to provide maximum attention to detail . We don’t leave the house for a management company like most owners. We really think that our houses are the two best prepared on the island, regardless of the rental price! In addition to being part of the prep team every Saturday, Larry and Debbie are also licensed real estate agents in Florida.

Captiva is a boutique island, often compared to Aruba without the wind or Hawaii without the volcanoes. Captiva is a tropical Caribbean style island and looks nothing like the rest of Florida. Sun & Moon is centrally located on the beach in the center of the village. There are no streets between our house and the beach.

For some it’s a flawless home and pool preparation, for others it’s a style of furniture that’s always fresh, maybe a great Bluetooth compatible audio system with indoor and pool speakers, or maybe an HDTV with DVR in the living room and LCD TVs in every the bedroom. Some simply love the unique beach carts we put together with special oversized balloon tires. It’s easy to bring all our beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to the beach with this handy trolley. And our large sun and moon deck on the top floor is always well used during the day for a great tan or stargazing on a clear Captiva night. Royal Shell has a variety of Captiva Island vacation rentals to choose from. Stay in a bungalow rental that’s big enough for a small family or a home that could accommodate a small family gathering. We also offer units and houses at the South Seas Island resort located on the tip of the island.

The island has world-class accommodation to meet all your holiday accommodation needs. The island is home to a number of spectacular Captiva Island holiday apartments offered by Royal Shell and equipped with magnificent facilities to ensure a luxurious stay. On the northern tip of the island is the sprawling 330-acre South Seas Island Resort with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, Redfish Pass and Pine Island Sound. Royal Shell has a range of holiday properties available in the South Seas including several beach villas.

Many visitors fall in love with the island. All our Royal Shell agents will be happy to show you houses and apartments on Captiva Island and help you make your final decision. Captain Jack’s is a new single story home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Completed in early 2020 and built on 2.5 lots or half a hectare of sand with 150 palm trees. Its location is only a 3.5 minute walk on a white sandy path past only 4 houses to the largest beach on the island. There is public access and parking for golf carts – which is not always the case on other streets.

Things To Do In Cape Coral, Florida

The house was built for me as my winter home and is complete with all the necessities you will need for a quality vacation. The great room is large and has a 15-foot ceiling with dimmable LED lights. The kitchen has all new KitchenAid appliances. The extra large refrigerator has water and ice on the door, and there is a separate clean ice machine. Included is a glass cook top with separate under counter oven, dishwasher, large microwave and large sink with hands free faucet.

Kitchen cabinets with glass doors are full of all the plates, cups and bowls you can see and find. All the other kitchen inventory you’d expect to find in a fine home is all there. Granite countertops include a bar with 4 stools.

Next to the kitchen is a large dining table for 10 people. Above the desk is a 65-inch high-end TV that streams YouTube TV. We have the strongest internet connection you can buy on this island, so all your internet needs are met.

A comfortable sitting area overlooks the front porch and includes a 65-inch TV. A wall of large glass doors opens to connect the screened-in front porch with the great room. The spacious front porch features a table and 6 chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a back deck off the kitchen.

To the left of the great room is the master with a double bed. The mattress is made of Casper, and the bed linen is made of high quality cotton. The master bath has a separate toilet and a large walk-in shower without a door.

A large beveled glass mirror is installed over the granite countertop of the sink. The shower and floors are all marble and perfectly done. All shower heads are equipped with a manual sprayer. All wardrobes have nice built-in shelves for folded clothes as well as a luggage rack. A pair of large sliding glass doors lead to the rear deck. These sliders, like all the sliders in the house, are covered with a unique sliding blackout. All bedrooms have their own 55 inch wall mounted TV and special high intensity reading lights, perfect for reading a book.
