Read full biography John has been with Campbell since 1993, during which time he has developed relationships with clients and colleagues both as a property manager and chief executive officer. As CEO, John uses his engineering and construction experience to improve services and support our clients. John is constantly improving his skills and knowledge through executive coaching and advisory groups, and continues to learn how to run a more effective property management company. Prior to joining Campbell, John graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in civil engineering in 1987 and was licensed as a general contractor in Florida in 1991. and Homeowners’ associations solve their construction problems. John grew up in Ft. Lauderdale and lives in Lighthouse Point with his wife Kathy and their six children. John and his family are very active in their community, schools and church.
Read full biography Bill has been in charge of sales and marketing at Campbell for over 30 years. He established many of the current client relationships, as well as some that still exist over 30 years later. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, Bill spent four years at IBM before starting his family business career with Campbell and Rosemurgy Real Estate. After a successful sales career in real estate, he transferred his extensive knowledge of sales to the property management business. Bill grew up in South Florida and lives in Boca Raton with his wife Jeanne, with whom he has three grown daughters. He actively supports local charities and recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Alzheimer’s Family Center in Tamarack.

Read Full Biography As Director of Developer Relations, Brian has longstanding relationships and experience with most of the major developers in the South Florida area. He also has extensive experience with over 100 associations. Brian is also closely involved with the landscape business (CPM) which helps provide an important perspective to all new communities. After graduating from the University of Florida, Brian began his career as a broadcaster before joining Campbell and working his way up from the bottom up over the past 25 years. Brian’s hard work and many long hours have resulted in him becoming a partner with the company and an expert in all aspects of property management in South Florida. Brian grew up in Ft. Lauderdale still lives in Lighthouse Point with his wife, son and daughter.

In his role as COO, Dan helps develop and implement the best practices and tools that our managers use to continually improve Campbell’s services. Dan started his career at Accenture and went on to lead consulting and software in purchasing, HR and financial services. Dan and his wife Amy have four adult children who graduated from high school in South Florida before going to college and starting their careers. Dan and his family moved from the Philadelphia area when he joined Campbell in 2011. Dan has a degree in engineering and is proud to be a part of Georgia Tech’s Ramblin’ Wreck.
Read full bio Evan joined Campbell in 2007 and was responsible for Financial and Information Technology at Campbell Property Management. With a CAM license and a degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in business management, Evan has implemented an online accounts payable portal for associations, GPS violation tracking software, online tenant and buyer screening, and online architecture applications, and he constantly improves our corporate systems to improve the performance of our association’s clients and our employees. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Evan works personally with some of our largest clients to help improve efficiency and help boards achieve their goals by providing experience and education in budgeting, long-term financial planning, document amendment process, regulations and regulations, traffic enforcement and other important areas. Evan and his wife Victoria live in the area and are active in local organizations including the Boca Raton Youth League, Place of Hope and Captains for Clean Water.
Read full biography Tom has been with Campbell since 1995 and has developed extensive relationships with many of his clients over the years. Tom has a manager’s license and is very knowledgeable in construction and property management, having grown up and worked in his father’s companies (general contractor and property manager). Tom’s building knowledge has provided useful information and guidance for many of his clients’ projects. Prior to Campbell, Tom worked as a licensed property and casualty insurance agent where he learned management and customer service skills. Tom grew up in Ft. Lauderdale and currently lives in Broward County with his wife Patsy and has four daughters. When he is not working, Tom plays tennis and golf, but most of all he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.

Read full biography Kelly Crittenberger, an army brat, was born in Germany and traveled to various bases until his family settled in McLean, Virginia. Kelly joined Campbell in 1997 after earning an MBA from the University of Texas and then working for the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Kelly is the area manager for the Campbell West Broward office, which includes properties in Davie, Sunrise, Plantation, Tamarack, Lauderhill and Margate. Kelly’s business and accounting experience allows him to advise all of his clients on financial, operational and administrative matters, including roof replacements, insurance claims, 40-year certifications, and budgeting with fully funded reserves. When Kelly is not working, he enjoys playing sports, socializing and playing golf. He is a fan of every South Florida team including the Marlins. He and his wife Debbie are the parents of six children, of whom only one has yet to graduate from college. Exercise aside, Kelly stays in godless shape by regularly walking the world’s greatest dog, Bo.
