After approval, we will assist you in the digital lease signing process. In order to receive the property keys, you must bring the security deposit (and other payments agreed with the letting agent) to the office within 3 business days of the rental agreement being sent to you electronically.

All our homes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The only way to come and see “first come, first served” is to fill out an application (not who sees it first).
You can access the online application for each property by going to its listing page. The application process includes a background check, credit check, employment/income verification and rental/ownership history.
Our properties can typically be kept for a maximum of 30 days with a signed rental agreement, a security deposit and the owner’s consent. Also, our rental agreements usually require a minimum of 1 year.
The move-in date and the length of the lease require a complete approval application. You will not be charged an application fee (you can skip that page in the application process) unless your conditions have been accepted and you are ready to move on.

In most of our properties, pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. We process each application with the owners, so you must include your pet’s information in the property application before we can give you an answer. Just fill out the application (you can skip the payment for now) and we’ll present your case.
If the owner says yes, they will tell us the amount of pet fees they would like us to charge. Acceptance of pets is conditional based on the results of a background screening.

We definitely understand that in some situations it is not possible for you to physically look at the home. However, our practice is that we do not rent the apartment invisibly to you. If you really can’t see it yourself, you need someone you trust to look at the home for you.
Although you can skip the payment section, the application is official (or “queued” if other applicants are being considered) once we have received the application fee.
Just click the “Submit Application” button on any of our property listings (it’s just below the “Schedule Viewing” button). You then fill out the online application and send it to us. There is a payment screen during the application process that you can skip if you prefer to talk to us before paying the application fee.

Once we have received your application, we will call you to start the process. You must be at least 21 years old or have a qualified co-signer to apply. A background check checks whether there are crimes and violations in your information. A credit check looks for judgments or compensation for evictions or damage to previous rentals. It also looks for signs of good credit (bills paid on time, experienced accounts, etc.).
We need 2 months worth of your most recent pay stubs or 3 months worth of your most recent bank statements in order to continue processing your application. We usually require a good rental history or mortgage payment history of at least 18 months and your household income must be at least 2 and a half times the rent. Seasoned shorts, bankruptcies and foreclosures (by themselves) don’t automatically disqualify you! We try to look at the whole picture of your situation, not just one incident on your credit report.
