Wonderful gift! Great location! Most of the vacation rentals we’ve rented, we rent a lot of houses in different places every year so ALOT. The rental staff was very helpful, nice and quick to respond to all our needs! We highly recommend this property! Great Beach House! Best beach house we have ever rented! The surrounding countryside is peaceful and beautiful. The house is immaculate, spacious, peaceful and beautifully decorated. The colors of the decoration were perfect. It’s even more beautiful in person than the photos online. The kitchen is large and spacious. It includes a walk in pantry, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of pots and pans if you want to cook. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The house was stocked with quality bedding for a good night’s sleep. The storage room includes beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and bicycles. You don’t have to pack them! He is a member of the Horry County Accommodations Tax Committee and a board member of the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce. Originally from Landis, N.C., I realized a lifelong dream when I moved to the beach in 1986. Growing up, I spent many summers on the Grand Strand and my family. Over the years, I have seen the beach grow into a place suitable for people of all ages. A graduate of King’s Business College and Horry-Georgetown Tech, I began my career in accounting and the newspaper business. My love of people and passion for providing excellent customer service made it easy for me to move into the vacation rental field. In 1997, I joined Thomas Beach Vacations as a licensed property manager. I enjoy working with owners who have invested in vacation rentals and condos to maximize the income of their properties. I enjoy talking with them and helping them maintain the quality of their property at a level that provides guests with a great and memorable vacation experience. When I’m “not working,” my husband and I enjoy freshwater fishing and are members of the Swampfox Bass Fishing Club. I am also an active member of Trinity Methodist Church, the Sun Fun Gals Bowling League, and the Ocean Drive Shag Club – a community group dedicated to promoting and preserving our national dance–the Shag. Although I was born in White Plains, N.Y., I have always considered Little River my hometown. Having lived here since I was seven years old, I consider myself a native of the south. It is easy to flourish in a very warm and caring community. Growing up on the Grand Strand, finding a job in the vacation industry was natural for me. I spent my summers in high school and college working at various shops and restaurants along the beach and enjoying meeting people from all over the world. The joy they showed at having a week or more in my hometown helped me understand that life here is truly a blessing. I am a licensed real estate agent and have been with Thomas Beach Vacations for over seven years. As a member of the Home Services Department, my mission is to help our homeowners achieve their personal goals for their vacation home or condo. If their vacation rental is just an investment, we plan to maximize the return through smart spending to provide for the needs of today’s vacationing family. If the owner wants to help pay for maintaining the family vacation home through annual rentals, we plan with competitive rates and explore the family’s second home. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three daughters. We attend Our Lady Star of the Sea church, and I am very active in the Homeschool Club at Holy Trinity Catholic School, serving two terms on the HSA Board.
