Bpg Property Management – Ralph oversees all aspects of BPG|360’s commercial portfolio, including leasing, construction, maintenance, security and tenant relations. He spends most of his time leveraging the full size and scale of the portfolio to achieve operational efficiencies and cost savings.
Paul oversees the day-to-day operations of BPG|360’s property management teams, with a focus on tenant services, preventive maintenance, vendor relations and all major capital projects related to the commercial office portfolio. He began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 1990 and has extensive knowledge of construction operations, critical systems and design criteria.

Nikki coordinates all contract administration for the commercial team. Primary responsibilities include processing purchase orders, service contracts and construction contracts for the office portfolio. In addition, Nikki assists in overseeing our online work order management system to ensure our tenants receive first class service.

Lisa joined BPG in 2018 and brings over ten years of commercial real estate experience to the firm, ranging from development, multifamily, construction, retail and office brokerage, asset management, and off-campus student housing purchases and sales. Lisa manages 500 Delaware Avenue, a Class A office building in Wilmington’s CDB, Greenville Crossing I & II Retail Center in prominent Greenville, Delaware, and third-party manages The Wharf’s 400,000 SF office building for Philadelphia Union in Chester, PA.
Joining BPG in 2008, Tad has over a decade of experience managing ten historic buildings along the Market Street corridor. In addition to commercial properties along Wilmington’s Market Street, he oversees 1105 North Market Street, also known as the IM Pei Building. Tad graduated from Washington College with a degree in Art History.
Tracy joined BPG in 2015 in our residential division as manager of Luxia Suites. Before joining BPG, he was involved in residential real estate management and corporate housing construction. In both roles, Tracy was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple locations with over 300 residents. Tracy is the manager of the Delaware Corporate Center and the Bellevue Corporate Center and holds a degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University.
Tom began his career in property management in 1995 after a 26-year career with the City of Wilmington Police Department. He joined BPG in 2003 when the company acquired Concord Plaza and Foulkstone Plaza. Since joining the firm, he has also overseen the property management of our Newark properties, including the Iron Hill Corporate Center and the Christiana Corporate Center.

Anthony started his career in real estate management in 1990 and joined BPG in 2014. In 1997, he was an RPA Fellow from the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Institute in New York, a special real estate designation within our business. Anthony currently oversees Northern Pennsylvania properties in the Conshohocken, Blue Bell and King of Porussia markets. Anthony graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Summa Cum Laude bachelor’s degree.
Kevin joined BPG in 2007. He began his career in commercial real estate management in 1998, overseeing multiple properties in Baltimore’s central business district. Kevin currently manages One North Charles, a commercial high-rise in Baltimore’s CBD. Before entering real estate, Kevin spent 21 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Gunnery Sergeant. He is active in his local American Legion Post and currently serves on the Board of Directors as the Finance Officer.
Pat joined BPG in 2011 and has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He brings extensive knowledge of all phases of commercial construction. Pat is heavily involved in each project, from estimates and pre-construction surveys to project completion. John oversees Fire, Life, Safety and Security (F/L/S/S) operations, maintenance and engineering across our entire commercial portfolio. With over 25 security and defense operations, John’s unique perspective allows him to tailor emergency action plans and procedures to the nature and needs of each building and tenant.

With over 30 years in the HVAC industry, Ed’s experience and value are immeasurable. Your contribution to the construction activity not only provides a more comfortable, but also a more cost-effective experience for the tenant. In addition, Ed provides technical support to our on-site maintenance team and contractors for issues that arise over time with the HVAC system.
Jeff joined BPG in 2016 and provides strategic oversight of the IT department. Jeff is a leader in the continuous development of an innovative, robust and secure information technology environment across the company. Jeff has worked in the information technology field for over 25 years.
Prior to joining BPG, Jeff spent 25 years in information technology, most recently as the Chief Information Officer for the Delaware Department of Justice. Prior to that, Jeff held various IT roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, JPMorgan Chase, and DuPont Hospital for Children.
Jay oversees all accounting operations at BPG, from operational activities to financial reporting. Manages the asset inspectors, financial analysts, supplier and procurement groups serving the operational activities of the assets belonging to the portfolio. In addition, Jay oversees the financial reporting function for all properties in the portfolio. In celebration of its anniversary, The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc.
