Yep, I just backed out of my lease for another year! I love it here at Newport Commons! I have been in this apartment for 6 years and in another property for 8 years. Why do I like living here? It is close to so many places I do business with. My neighbors are friends. . The maintenance staff are skilled, friendly and humorous. Management is polite and helpful. Management quite often has activities for the Newport community. Then there is the pool. I don’t use it often, but when I do, I’m glad I have it. Best of all, Newport Commons is home to…
We have been in Newport for the past 3 months and have been happy with our experience. We enjoy the free pool here and enjoy the many walking paths to take our dogs. We also enjoy our large apartment where I and I can share a 3 bed 3 bath space for our dogs and my autistic brother upstairs. Management is timely with communication and respect. Monthly $$$ is a bit high but manageable. We recommend this place to smaller families looking for a good place to rent in Lititz, PA!
I moved here about a year ago with my partner and we absolutely love living here! Sure, we’re just down the road from the main town area, but the complex itself is amazing. Very calm and peaceful, all kinds of families here. Super pet friendly. Clean and well-maintained territory. The walking trail around the complex is also really nice. The apartment itself is also great. Maybe not as modern as brand new, but very spacious and with a great layout. Plus, you gotta love the private entrances! If you ever need maintenance, you can submit a request online. Even if you set it as a low priority issue, they will come out the next day to fix whatever they need. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly. The experience with the neighbors has been pleasant. Some you see more, some less, but we’ve enjoyed them all. You don’t hear much from inside, just the occasional movie at night if someone has a bigger speaker setup and it’s never been an issue. You don’t hear the neighbors talking or even their devices running. Overall just a great place to live. We have made our home here in Lititz and would definitely recommend Newport! 🙂
I have been very happy with my apartment and the experience so far. The Newport Commons team has been nothing but helpful and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and I love using the walking trail that is just in my backyard. Great place for pets and children. I feel completely at ease here.

Moved several weeks ago and had a great experience so far. The moving process was a breeze and we found the apartment very clean. The staff has been more than accommodating to all of our questions. Noise pollution from neighboring apartments has been very minimal, which is also a plus. Overall, I am very happy with Newport Commons so far.
Hello. I have been a tenant since 2016 in 2 different units. I really can’t say anything negative. It’s all about mutual respect. The response time to my communication and maintenance needs exceeded my expectations. On the other hand, I do my best to keep the equipment in good condition, pay the rent on time and try not to disturb the neighbors. I can live here until it’s time to move into my own house 🙂 Needless to say, it’s walking distance to downtown.
My husband and two young children moved in October 2021. This place has exceeded our expectations, we sold our house and moved here thinking the walls would be thin when moving to a townhouse (let me tell you, they are not.. I can’t hear any of my neighbors unless they are outside). maintenance staff are quick to respond and the management team is quick to answer phone calls. The neighbors are incredible and our kids (one is a little too young) can run out back to the huge open grassy area with a lovely playground and meet and play with the other kids in the community. It’s great to live in and I’m just looking for a new home. I work for Uber and I had a hard time finding the right number to order and I dropped food and I couldn’t even find the numbers on the door. Please make this change to make it easier for the driver below to find it at night.
First of all, I only gave 4 stars because I’m one of those people who always thinks there’s room for improvement, so it’s EXTREMELY hard to get a perfect score from me. 😁. That being said, Windsor Commons is a great place to live. Chris and the team are nothing short of awesome. They somehow manage to recognize and know almost all 1000 tenants of our complex. Our maintenance staff is top notch. They can come into your home and fix almost anything. Maintenance requests RARELY take more than a day to resolve and the guys are friendly and respectful of your home when they are working on something. Our 94-year-old relative also lives in the complex and the whole team is very patient and understanding with him. They listen to his thoughts and suggestions and make sure to help him whenever possible. This is an example of the kind of person you come across in WC. They are kind wonderful people who truly care about the residents. Oh yes, they have recently upgraded the fitness room with new weights and equipment. They also have a small (although I wish it was a little bigger) dog park so you can exercise your dog. The pool is a nice place to relax and cool off in the summer. Finally, every evening you can enjoy amazing sunset views looking west. Thanks Chris and the rest of the team. Keep up the good work!
