The very affordable Villa Sunshine is located in the desirable and quiet center of Southwest Cape Coral, and only a 4-5 minute drive to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. It’s all there! It is only about a 6-7 minute drive to the famous Cape Harbor Marina with Spanish style restaurants and boutiques.
Despite this convenient location, Villa Sunshine is located in a quiet neighborhood three blocks north of Cape Coral Parkway, which provides access to the eastern part of the city, Cape Coral, with its impressive array of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. From here you can continue across the Caloosahatchee River to the white beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. Cape Coral Beach and the Yacht Club are only about a 15-minute drive away.
Villa Sunshine offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The great room/dining room floor plan with high ceilings gives this charming home a nice open feel. The split floor plan keeps the master suite on the left side of the house with a king size bed and second TV. The two guest bedrooms that share the second bath are in the opposite area. The fully equipped kitchen is smaller in size but has all the necessary appliances and cutlery. Right next to the kitchen is a breakfast table with chairs. There is a dining table and six chairs for a formal dinner. A large all-weather Florida room with two fully windowed exterior walls is an added bonus giving you extra indoor/outdoor dining space. A south-facing solar-heated pool and table with six chairs, lounge chairs and a gas grill make the spacious, newly renovated lanai a great place to enjoy the outdoors, Florida style. The back building has a high fence for added privacy.

My family and I had a great stay. We got this place because of the size of the pool and it did not disappoint. The maintenance men who came to the place keep the pool clean. We also had pest control do regular maintenance outside which wasn’t really a problem. Fortunately, they do. Everything worked fine and we had no problems. Would love to come back here again. – A.I.

We enjoyed our stay a ton. If only we didn’t have to leave. The private pool was amazing. A short drive to Ft Myers beach where we spent our morning and then back to the house to spend the afternoon/evenings by the pool. Perfect for a family of 3 kids who love the water. Much prefer a stay like this to an apartment where you don’t have nearly as much space. Our family of 5 never felt cramped. – J.B.

The house in perfect condition, your attention really great, when hurricane Irma arrived everything changed and we had to leave the city 3 days early closing the house in excellent conditions. The only comment is about the American flag placed in front of the garage. As I’m sure you know, at night the American flag should be illuminated if left out. However, there is emotional light in the area of the flag. I urge you to install the light. Solar lights are available at Lowes or Home Depot. If you can’t put a light in, I would ask that it be turned on at night. – D. S.
Management Response: Dennis, you are absolutely right. As long as the home owner does not install additional exterior lighting, we encourage tenants to take the ticket in at night.
This is the second time we have rented through all of you. Just like the first time, we were very satisfied with your service. We will definitely rent again and refer others to your office. The home was clean and well maintained. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay and made us feel like we were at home. The pool was the best because our daughter loved it and learned to swim last week without life jackets. It was a quiet area and felt safe. Access to grocery stores and pizza places exceeded that. Finally, my nephew is in a wheelchair (due to MD) and I’m always looking for a place where he can easily get to and visit us. – M.C.
