My wife Karen and I have been married for over 55 years. For 20 of those years, I served as a Pastor for two large churches. I have been involved in general consulting and teaching activities, but my main role has been in building buildings and overseeing their maintenance. I was the staff person in charge of the day-to-day planning, scheduling, and construction of 5 large buildings, as well as several smaller renovation projects. I also worked for a remodeling company where I did design and selection work for residential and commercial properties.

I have a personal relationship with a handyman, a licensed HVAC, electrician, and plumber. I say this because I trust them not to charge us for something unnecessary.
There are no set-up fees and we do not collect administration fees on vacancies. When the tenant signs the rental agreement and moves in, we will receive 50% of one month’s rent to cover the cost of showing your property, providing the final inspection. , advertising, and paying real estate agents to help us rent your property.
We understand the condition of your property and select contractors to carry out renovations to prepare it for new tenants. For major repairs/improvements, we provide suggestions and options to the owner.
