Big Bear is the only Property Manager I would ever recommend. They care about you and go the extra mile. I ended a lease with them and wanted to downsize so they helped me find the perfect home. When I read some of the negative reviews it really goes to show that these people are only angry because it is clear they did not take care of their home. Only dissatisfaction to leave reviews, but they are so great I felt compelled to leave them some positive feedback! They deserve it! These are good people and will do everything they can for you.

I have rented in Big Bear for a year and never had a bad experience! The property itself was beautiful, Kim and the rest of the management team were very nice and quick to respond when contacted, and were prompt in returning my security deposit. One of the few positive rental experiences I’ve had where the property management doesn’t try to rip you off for money whenever they can and instead treats you like actual people. The maintenance issues that came up were also quickly resolved.

The staff is easy to talk to and the properties they rent are very nice. I have never had a problem with the things at Big Bear property.
