Bianchi Realty is a great company. Our real estate agent was professional, knowledgeable and honest. We had a short time in town and he made sure we saw plenty of units even on Saturday and Sunday! It’s also a good thing that the unit he showed us on Sunday was perfect for us and we bought it. We received valuable help and support during and after the shutdown. As new owners we are glad they gave us a return address stamp which we use all the time. A small but very thoughtful gesture. Also email we receive informative updates about market conditions by mail. I will use Bianchi again and will be happy to refer them to others looking to buy or sell.
Totally wrong, they moved me to a unit that had mold. I noticed only after 6 months. They then tried to get me to sign a contract that said if I stayed I would sue them. I didn’t and moved out and now they are keeping my 1000.00 security deposit. Paying for mold that was there before I moved in. The upstairs unit was flooded and had 2 renovations due to mold. It is assumed that they do not know how the physics of water works. Bad business.
