BGAM has a portfolio of seven UK hotels, including the Holiday Inn Kenilworth in Warwickshire, which it bought for £10.4m earlier this year.

Our company was founded by three brokers: Marc Guzman, Brian Baniqued and Davide Pio. Individually, we were each a powerhouse in our own fields, but fate brought us together in 2017 (thanks Davide!). As they say, the rest is history. We have joined forces to provide our clients with a range of services greatly needed in the investment community, and with our understanding of the common investment cycle, we have designed a business model that will allow investors to plug-and-play.
Initially, our company staff consisted of only three founding brokers. As the type of services we offer emerged, customers quickly stepped in and found value in the services we offer. Today, the company employs 25 people and continues to grow as we expand our operations beyond Northern California. In addition, we have established other companies that offer services linked to what BG Asset Management offers, creating a single source of reference for investors, and we host a podcast.
But no matter how big our company was to grow, our goal was to make every customer feel like they were our only customer. We wanted to provide a level of service that made customers feel like they were a friend in the community. We manage a wide variety of properties, from single-family homes to large 100-unit condominium complexes, from commercial office spaces to storage facilities. Every client, whether a unit under management or 200 units, receives the same level of communication and support from the management team.
Although we work hard at what we do, we also enjoy some very cool hobbies: board games with miniatures, simracing, being a foodie, traveling the world and making movies.. and we tend to drag our customers. participate in our hobbies. We are passionate about what we do in life and always strive to be the best. It’s what drives us every day, and we embed it in our companies and our culture.
