We hired On Q to manage the property investment we own in ********, *******. After one year of unsatisfactory service we terminated our contract on June 15, 2022. When the current tenants moved out, the company billed us for several expenses. 4 months have passed and we still haven’t found tenants, so we canceled the contract. There is one expense I would like to address. We were charged $566.13 at Q for garage door repairs since 6/27/22. The front door still doesn’t work and we had to call a company to look at it. The system has not been repaired by On ** It now costs us an additional $500. This amount includes a complete new system with 2 remotes. I tried to call and talk to On Q but they don’t answer the phone calls or ignore me.

I don’t want to hurt anyone, but this has been on my mind for years. OMEGA Management in the Minnesota/Maple Park and St. Paul area is awesome! Read every review from them which is very unprofessional and embarrassing and ask how these people can rent a property for others to live in. Omega Management has nothing but 1 star from every reviewer for these reasons! Omega management staff and supervisors cannot handle criticism from Landlords at all! People who buy and give money to them are usually ignored, because when a complaint is made to Omega it always ends with angry or frustrated employees, you can’t talk to them about any problem or minor correction, which is applies to every customer! My situation is that it needs minor repairs, walls painted, sinks fixed, pipes leaking, looks like we have to deal with it! What a job that is an omega job! Also charging us $360 and a $60 late fee for a GARAGE fix that we never asked for!
