We hired On Q to manage the property investment we own in ********, *******. After one year of unsatisfactory service we terminated our contract on June 15, 2022. When the current tenants moved out, the company billed us for several expenses. 4 months have passed and we still haven’t found tenants, so we canceled the contract. There is one expense I would like to address. We were charged $566.13 at Q for garage door repairs since 6/27/22. The front door still doesn’t work and we had to call a company to look at it. The system has not been repaired by On ** It now costs us an additional $500. This amount includes a complete new system with 2 remotes. I tried to call and talk to On Q but they don’t answer the phone calls or ignore me.
One of the worst and lowest companies. They block me on ********* the owner has several friends give his company 5 star reviews so his company can improve. This is a cheap and low-grade way. Steal people’s money and don’t answer phone calls.
